This location is awesome! Shorter wait times than the salt lake location. It’s a bigger restaurant and parking is much better. Still the same tasty food! I always get beignets and the veggie sink. Their coffee is also delicious! My spouse got the BBQ pork sandwich and loved that, but he did not like the baked beans that he chose as his side.

Update August 2022: they have changed their menu and no longer have beignets. They do have more lunch stuff. We sat outside but no one really waits on those tables, so we had to wait a long time for our food but once we brought the issue to the staffs attention, they were very helpful.

Does live up to it’s reputation! I can’t speak to the quality of service – since I ordered ahead for pick-up, but my meal was quality food of good taste! Treated myself to the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and was very pleased, they nailed it. Salad is good too for those pursuing a healthy choice. Though a little pricey, it’s decent enough with the hearty sized portion & it never hurts to support smaller, local business in these difficult times! I’ll have to make a return visit & opt to dine in too.

The food here is flavorful and quirky! My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our orders. The atmosphere was fun and inviting as well. We did have one item get mixed up in our order, and we didn’t realize it until we got our check. My friend had ordered a $9 burger, but ended up getting served a $13 dollar burger instead, but we just let it be. Very fun, colorful and hip vibe with great food.

Ordering was a bit strange as you had to pay then go sit and wait for your food. The food was pretty good but unfortunately later in the day made my stomach upset. The waiters seemed super nice and extremely busy. We asked for refills and condiments but they never came as there were only 2 people helping the entire restaurant.

I hope they get more employees soon ❤️ they worked to hard to not have great service.

I’ve been to this location twice and had a great experience both times. Great food. Great ambience. Fast service. Great decor, fun music, and clean facilities. Tables are nicely spaced so you aren’t on top of each other. I have no complaints and I would eat here again.

We chose Pig & A Jelly Jar as our brunch location because the indoor sitting follows the CDC also we liked the QR code on the table where you can scan to see the menu and then you go directly to the cashier to order your food.
I wasn’t sure about what to order because the names were a little bit hard to understand ^^; the cashier was very nice to explain to me some of the ingredients and all of us were happy with our choices.

The interior vibe is very bright and minimalist. I really liked the atmosphere as we were able to relax and have a long due chat with my friends.

There is parking lot*

We enjoyed everything we tried at Pig in a Jelly Jar. The biscuits were exceptional and we loved the chicken and waffles. Make sure you indicate you want “the special” if necessary when ordering. We had some trouble with our check. Otherwise the service was friendly and we had a nice meal.

Every week at Restored Realty we try out a new local joint to support local small businesses as well as give good recommendations to those who may be moving to the area. We visited Pig and a Jelly Jar this week and were not disappointed. The atmosphere was fun and laid back. We had the cheeseburger with bacon and provolone and the spicy chicken sandwich. Both items were flavorful and presented very well. The french fries were not too soggy and not too crispy, they were just right. If you live in Holladay or you are visiting from out of town make sure you check out this great restaurant.

Ok, this was a hard review for me.
The food was insulted by the service. I understand that my group was slightly larger, but nothing crazy big.
Just to be seen it took 20 minutes to get drink orders in. It then took 50 minutes for food to come out and then another 20 for the check.
We had made them aware that we were under time constraints and had to be out by a specific time but it was quickly forgotten by the server.
Drinks were not refilled during our entire time there and they completely forgot two items that were ordered.

The food on the other hand was fantastic. We tried to get a variety of plates to see what they had to offer, and we didn’t try anything that didn’t taste great. Shame the food was let down so badly by the service and turn around time.

Biscuits and gravy are some of the best I’ve had. Wife got the kitchen sink and it was awesome as well. Food was 5 stars but they got 4 stars because of how slow they were at getting us seated. There were 2 empty tables when we got there and it took them 20 mins to clear off the tables and get us seated.
