The staff here were goofy goobers that were so friendly, and the food was well made. They had a food truck delivery not show up so they had limited products, but what they were able to make was outstanding. Got me some Crabby Pattie sauce on my Biggie Bag burger which costs five of me lucky dimes. That ghost pepper ranch is amazing! Much better than the offerings from “The King” over at the Chum Bucket.

Every time I come here they ignore everyone in line if it’s past 9 PM. They need more employees working and a light on their sign by the road. It looks closed, and the employees act like it is closed. I always end up going to another fast food joint because they’re too busy.

Young lady at the counter was plenty nice enough and I’ve got my food and was down the road I do think Wendy’s is out of their mind wanting to charge $8.50 for a salad that is smaller than what it was maybe 5 years ago.

everytime i come to this location there is an issue. this time the little girl at the drive thru said they don’t have sprite zero and i could only get it in the lobby. that they don’t serve any special drinks in the drive thru. guess what? i drove to radford by the walmart and THEY HAD IT. no issue whatsoever. i’m tired of the laziness of this wendy’s.

Do not eat here! Really felt some bad racial vibes from the workers. Been waiting for my food for 15 min, asked the how much longer, and the worker there said calm down. I don’t even know if I should eat this food now because they were all talking junk about me once the window closed.

Fast delicious food. $8 bag comes with regular size frie, 2 bacon cheese burgers and a large drink. If you are on a budget much better deal than Mc Donald’s.

Disappointing experience. Cashier was rude and the chicken sandwich was a touch on the old and cold side. I should have guessed what the experience would be like by the outside appearance. When Wendy’s is on their game they are hard to beat but when they are not, they are terrible. Wish they were more consistent.

Close at 12. At 11:23 the employees just ignore you so they don’t have to take your order. That way you eventually leave without making them do their job.
