I ordered my regular coffee drink (add shake base), which I’ve done without issue at many other Chick-fil-A locations across the country. However, this store told me they would not make it. I explained that I’ve ordered this exact drink countless times at other stores, and I asked them to get the manager. I was told “The manager is right here and said we won’t do it.” It’s frustrating and contrary to the courteous and solution-oriented service we’ve consistently experienced at Chick-fil-A. To be clear, my request was entirely within what Chick-fil-A stores typically offer. I wasn’t asking for something outside the scope of your menu, like a hamburger. Your location has shake base. It was a matter of making your customer happy and putting shake base in the cup. Milk had to go in the same way. Very unfortunate experience as a regular Chick-fil-A customer.

This particular location was a bit disappointing. The fries were not great or hot. My chicken sandwich is usually so hot I can’t even hold the wrapper. This one was barely warm. It wasn’t fresh. We went inside at 8:55 pm and an employee was sweeping behind the counter. He first looked at us and said nothing. There was one couple in the restaurant eating. He finally looked back up and told us the dining room was closed. I guess he was killing a couple of minutes because they close it at 9pm. No problem. We got in our car and went through the drive thru.
Maybe they were having a bad day/night.

Wow this is the worst we’ve ever had. The chicken breast on my grilled chicken club tasted like a frozen overcooked chicken patty. The fries were so mushy and inedible. The Italian dressing that I’ve had many times before, I shouldn’t have poured it over my salad before trying it because it was so sour that there is no way it hasn’t gone bad. A lot thicker than usual too. Chicken nuggets way too greasy and had no flavor. But hey, nice job on the soft drinks I guess. Glad we paid $30 for decent drinks. CFA certainly isn’t what it used to be because of corporate greed but especially this location..

I ordered a cob salad twice from this location and both times they completely messed up my order. I said no bacon but instead they put bunch of bacon on my salad which I’m Severely allergic to. I called and spoke with a “manager” but he was no help. Asked me to drive back to the store to get another salad while I’m already at work. This is outrageous and unacceptable service.

Very upset with this location tonight. Not only were my younger son’s fries kind of cold and old tasting, the bun on his sandwich was very soggy. The kicker? My 10 year old noticed his sandwich was raw!!! Made sure to give it to the manager, who asked if he could show his team. Did he apologize? Did he offer to give us something for free for almost giving my son salmonella? NO! I’m disappointed and won’t return to this location. Absolutely disgusting!

Apparently not only do they no longer offer ice dream in any larger amount than a small cone, but refused to give it to me in any other form after I clearly explained my doctor ordered dietary restrictions that forbade me from eating it that way. Didn’t even offer a cup!!! Rude and disrespectful!!!

My car battery died while I was in the drive thru and the workers were so patient and kind with us. They even brought us our food while we waited and they jumped the car for us. These workers are nothing short of exceptional!

I order from this Chick-Fil-A multiple times a week. Lately, I have noticed that the fruit cup has not been as fresh. Today they gave me a fruit cup with rotting fruit in it…. I had to throw it away. Clearly, their employees do not check to make sure the food is fresh. When they have messed up my order recently, the employees act like it’s an inconvenience that they have to correct it. I’m disappointed in this location.

What is the point of online ordering if you have to sit in the drive thru like everyone else? THEN these teenagers somehow scoop someone else’s orders to create their friends and those kids 2-5 cars back are getting their orders filled before your ONLINE order? The line is designed to move…and equally in both lanes…but management isn’t checking that one person is soooooo slow 3 cars in the other lane move through their every 1 car. This place is so unorganized…I would probably get breakfast, lunch or dinner at least 2-3 times a week with kids busy schedules but I refuse because it is so poorly run. Another couple times, I ordered online to pick up inside…my order is NEVER there and I am stuck waiting for them to fulfill it…AFTER I am forced to waste even more time proving my order was placed! I go maybe 2 times a month when I am in a real jamb. When did business owners and their employees stop caring? Accepting poor service because you know some families are so busy is poor management and I wish there was a way for this to be noticed by Corporate.
