“Stopped by this location for a quick breakfast this morning. I ordered the Egg McMuffin meal with a hot coffee, and everything was fresh and served quickly. The restaurant was clean, and the morning staff was very professional. It’s a great spot to start the day if you are in the Highlands Ranch area. I will definitely be coming back!”

While using the drive thru, I had to repeat my order six times and they still charged me wrong, and still did not give me the right order I placed. When entering the store to speak to a manager about the order, nobody in the front spoke english, and the manager had difficulty understanding as well, they then proceeded to hand us the wrong food, which had also been sitting out for a while(1/4 pound patty on a big mac bun with cardboard texture and cold). If you go here, I highly recommend using the app or a website because nobody really understands anyone here, and during the day.

One of the dirtiest locations. It doesn’t matter at what time we come, it’s always dirty. All tables are always dirty. We have to ask to get one cleaned every time and they give us dirty looks when we ask. We need to ask 2 or 3 times because no one wants to do them.
There’s also a side hustle going on. One of the employees brings food and snacks and sets up in the play area. All employees and customers are invited to buy.
The men’s bathroom was so nasty, that my husband gagged after walking in there.

This is definitely one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It has definitely been remodeled since I was last here. My breakfast sandwich came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The hash brown was over fried, so it was very greasy, but at least crispy. I imagine I could have returned it for a new one if I wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my request for jelly after receiving my order. As far as McDonald’s goes, this one is five star.

I have found that ever since they started using the kiosk, the people at the counter are not as friendly and helpful. Being a senior citizen i find that annoying. However not true at this McDonald’s. They were very friendly and helpful.

The location is clean, and the food is made standard but not great. However, my meals consistently take 15 or more minutes, even if it is just one drink, which is incredibly slow for “fast food”.

This McDonalds charges full drink price for a Medium or Large Ice Water. Many other McDonalds do not and many others charge a small up charge for larger sizes of water. I am willing to pay for the cup, the water, the ice, the service and a reasonable profit. But full price is not reasonable.

If I can save you the time , DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I Placed a curbside order and my bank was charged, and when I called McDonald’s they told me I had to place it again because it wasn’t in their system and they didn’t have my order there. I told the guy on the phone he could come outside and see the order on my phone , to their location and that I was already charged for it. Then he comes out , sees my phone and goes back inside and like a second later a lady comes out with my order. It was already cold. I paid for a large Dr Pepper with my meal and they gave me a medium coke. Then my fries looked gross and burnt. I also was super excited for their strawberry mc flurry and my ice cream wasn’t even full or kind of full. Do not go here.

Terrible service if you go in. Nobody there to talk to you or help. When we finally called someone over, they literally told us to go through the drive through. Playground was also closed for no apparent reason so our kids were not happy with the experience either. Ice machine was out of ice as well. With so many McDonald’s, I’m sure you can find a better one somewhere close by.
