Got a breakfast order that was barely edible today. This was their orange juice. Oh and they didn’t even ask the boyfriend if he wanted a receipt, just rushed him through the line.

I had the crispy chicken sandwich combo and the food was old and burnt! I took two bites and noticed how hard and old the chicken was. Fries were old and soggy. Staff is rude . The worst McDonald location ever. On top of they cost a little more than average McDonald’s.

Ordered the Grinch meal and only gave us the boxes and fry bag. No Grinch socks or Grinch socks. Asked if they sold out why are they still marketing the promotion if you don’t have everything and gave me bs answers. Staff is full of kids who can’t even do the bare minimum

This McDonald’s is a showcase in wasted space, most of the staff don’t even attempt to work.

Update 12/25: I know it’s McDonalds but Jesus christ this is crazy, company needs to just replace the staff here with A.I.

Quality is just completely non-existent, you’ve gotta be a real piece of work to throw whatever this is together, look at it, wrap it up, put it in a bag, and sell it. Will never return to this location and advise others to do the same.

Food was Luke warm at best. Even the fries that I ordered as no salt. Apparently at this location extra onion on a double cheese burger to them means no onion. The only employee I saw was rude. I rarely go to this location as I am not near it often.

This location is usually fast, but they also usually forget one item so check your bags before you leave. The sandwiches are usually fresh, but they could change the fries a little more often. Overall, I choose here 90% of the time out of the two close locations I have to chose from.

Food was disgusting. I ordered a mcdouble with mayonnaise and they gave me two stale bottom buns, patties that were cold and broken off the burger in the paper, cold cheese, 15 pickles and mayo all over the place. Just trash service all around. If you cannot hire staff that has the decency to serve humans normally, you should have an owner/manager on site or not be open at all. Completely disgusted with this experience and tempted to call the health department

I placed my order for a steak and cheese bagel sandwich and hash brown at the drive thru window. I could barely hear the worker from the extremely loud talking and laughing from the employees in the background sounding like a party was going on. After paying, I was told to park in spot one. I waited over ten minutes and no one brought the food. I drove back to the window to tell them I’ve been waiting and they immediately handed me my food. No apology until I asked for one and no reason for the wait until I asked. Horrible customer service. Turns out they were having a party instead of working.

Never a person at the register to help. If you have a problem with an order such as a missing item, they act like you are inconveniencing them. That is after waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to actually come to the counter to “help”.

They actively avoid eye contact. Got a sandwich that obviously had been sitting in the heat lamp way past acceptable time.

This particular store is kids managing kids who do not care. Will never be back.
