The food at Pure Kitchen was genuinely great—well-prepared, flavorful, and absolutely the highlight of the visit. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the food.
We sat at the bar and ordered an appetizer along with our drinks. The appetizer never arrived before our entrées came out, and we ultimately had to ask for it to be removed from the bill. Once our food was delivered, there was no follow-up from the bartender to check on us, refill drinks, or see how everything was. The lack of attention was noticeable, especially compared to the level of engagement she seemed to have with other guests.
I don’t like to speculate, but it felt as though the bartender was selective in who she chose to interact with, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. While I still left a tip, it was under 15% due to the poor service.
Overall, the food was very good, but the service was subpar and took away from what could have been a great dining experience. I’d consider coming back for the food, but I’d hope for a much better service experience next time.

We were seated quickly and were able to order relatively quickly as well. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and two burgers, one with their gluten free bun. The mozzarella sticks were great; they were crispy and flavorful, but my only gripe was the garnish looking a little silly. The burgers and chips were also good. The gluten free bun lost its integrity after just a couple minutes. We probably should have checked out reviews and menu prices before visiting; we were a bit shocked at the cost of a 2 person lunch with waters and a shared appetizer, and there’s a standard 4% fee added on to every ticket. Good to know that this place has so many GF, vegan, and vegetarian options, just a bit too pricey for our Nebraska blood.

We had an awesome experience at Pure Kitchen! Eve was incredible — super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The food was absolutely on point — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. You can tell there’s real pride behind both the service and the kitchen. Definitely one of the best spots in Frisco — we’ll be back for sure! PS best Bloody Mary in town

If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would!! We walked in here for the first time yesterday right after getting married not knowing what to expect, and the staff could not have been more welcoming or gracious. They gave us a private table and helped us celebrate with champagne and dessert. Despite other people dining there, they made us feel like we were the only ones they were serving. Better yet, the food was incredible, especially if you’re gluten free! The atmosphere is also fantastic. Dining here made our wedding day even more special. I would HIGHLY recommend supporting this restaurant!

Grateful for the amazing GF foods that are celiac safe and both adult and kid friendly! We have loved everything we’ve had – mozzarella sticks, fish sticks, pizza, carne Asada, stir fry bowls, lamb and black and blue burgers. It can get understandably busy – Reserve table on weekends and anticipate a wait if a full house. Still worth it!
