Happened upon this place on our drive back from Wyoming to Denver. It was so appealing from the street with a huge open space and amazingly lit. We dined on a Monday and it was not super busy the menu was appealing and cocktail and nonalcoholic drinks looked amazing I mean a Ton of mouthwatering cocktails and mocktails including milkshakes and boozy milkshakes the variety is pretty impressive! My husband and I both enjoyed our drinks and would go back
To enjoy more of the cocktail/mocktail menus. The food was decent. I got the Mac and cheese- should have opted for the larger size and the bowl was small but it was decent and packed with flavor. My husband’s burger was decent also fries could have used some salt but they were shoestring sooo 10/10 for that and our condiments never came -oversight on the servers end but all in all we will dine at Union again. Had a chance to chat to Ty the owner who takes great pride in his establishment and his staff. Worth a visit to this amazing locally owned restaurant!

This was a fun little stop while we were in Fort Collins. The soda was really good — which you’d definitely hope for, and it didn’t disappoint. The food was decent, nothing over-the-top, but solid enough for a quick bite.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe of the place was cute and upbeat. Not a ton of standout details, but it’s a pleasant, fun place to swing by if you’re in the area.

What a phenomenal experience! The food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The manager, Jason, went above and beyond…he was attentive, personable, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for both the great food and outstanding service. Will definitely be going back!

I always enjoy an outing to The Union. The cocktails are great; I usually find something new and delicious to try. The Cubano sandwich was fantastic and came out piping hot! Give this place a try next time you’re in Old Town. And when the weather is right, the patio is perfect.

Excellent lunch during our bike ride on this warm fall day. Shared a Bahn Mi tofu sandwich with sweet potato fries, hot honey chicken wings with Serrano aoili, and PB chocolate bourbon milkshake. Nice outside seating area with a bike rack too. Would definitely come back.

We booked our private party here and had an AMAZING experience. We received so many compliments from our guests on the staff, service, and delicious food. Erika, our event coordinator, was fabulous. Super detailed, organized, and made sure our day ran smoothly and went perfectly. One of the best experiences I’ve had hosting a private party. Would recommend!

The food was so fresh and delicious! I’m so happy to find a place that offers so many gluten-free options that actually taste good and aren’t heavily processed. The service was extremely friendly and we love the Christmas decorations. My only two complaints are please get a separate fryer so we can have gluten-free french fries! 🙂 And it would be nice if the music was a little bit calmer I felt like I was at a rock ‘n’ roll concert 🙂
Other than that, this is our new favorite restaurant. Love love love the fresh ingredients! Deness was super friendly, nice to talk to and great service.

I have been here before and it’s been OK but last night ordered the Friday special of fish and chips. It is supposed to come with Cole slaw. When it was delivered to the table I was surprised at the amount of Cole slaw! It was maybe a tablespoon and a half in a small plastic cup. Really? WTH? I asked for more and was brought another small plastic cup of some very dated looking slaw but at least the cup was full. I placed a fork next to the cup for perspective. Besides that the fish was dry and the fries were undercooked and pretty bland. Just had my last meal there.

Very happy we found this place! Such a unique place with an amazing atmosphere. All of the staff here are so fun and easy to crack jokes with. It’s a beautiful space with delicious and fun drink options. Great spot for brunch and plenty of great food items from brunch to dinner. I’ll definitely be coming back any time I’m in the state again! Thank you for such a great experience.

Appetizers were phenomenal. I can’t recommend the grilled cheese dippers enough. The drinks are also great.
Our entrees, mediocre. Nothing stood out. I’d give my chicken sandwich a 2.2 out of 5. Not much flavor at all besides cucumber and tomatoes.
Beautiful spot with not a lot of parking. Will come back for drinks and appetizers.
