Praying the kitchen cleanliness is not a reflection of the neglected bathroom. This was not staged. And much of this had obviously been there longer than a few minutes or hours. The food was good, for a McDonalds, but I’m glad I didn’t see the bathroom first.

Started at the Drive Thru. Sat and waited to be greeted for a bit. Had a car pull up behind me so I went ahead and said hello to see if anyone was there. Placed my order, paid, got to window and was told they were waiting on chicken strips and was asked to pull around and park. Waited about 10 minutes before my baby in the back had enough. Pulled the baby out of the car seat go inside only to be looked at by 3 different employees in the back but no one wanted to come up front. Finally a customer whom I believe was a friend to an employee yelled “You have someone at the counter” employee walked up looking at that customer before finally asking what I needed. I said I was just in drive, how much longer on strips. He walks back as a manager and two other employees come up front, still not acknowledging me or employee asking for strips. They touched my bag about 3 times in the warmer tray before finally asking the manager to hand it to me.

Get back in the car, get home, finally sit down to eat only to discover we had been given raw chicken.

This McDonalds usually messes up my no cheese order, or takes a bit longer during lunch hours. Fine. But this was ridiculous

THIS STORE IS FULL OF PEOPLE WHO ARE TOO LAZY TO READ WHAT YOU ORDER! My husband ordered two egg and cheese biscuits, 2 steak, egg and cheese griddles and a hash brown. Got the two steak egg and cheese griddles but no hash brown and my egg and cheese biscuits were sausage and cheese!! IF I had eaten that I would’ve been rushed to the hospital! To the black woman wearing the bandana DO YOUR JOB!! Called the store and as you can guess they WON’T DO A DAMNED THING TO MAKE IT RIGHT!! “OH WE APOLOGIZE…” YOU COULD HAVE PUT ME IN THE HOSPITAL WITH YOUR CARELESSNESS!!

Pulled off interstate tonight around 8:15 pm to get a large iced coffee with sugar free french vanilla. Sat in drive thru waiting to order while two cars in the lane next to mine ordered and drove on thru. After the first car, I announced I was ready to order and had an app code. No response. I finally got to order and waited about 15 minutes in line to get my coffee. At the window, I watched the young woman make my iced coffee. She had to tilt the iced coffee container to try to get coffee out of it. She couldn’t. So she moved over to a spot where I couldn’t see what she was doing. When she turned around, I noticed my “coffee” was white. I should have refused it. I drove away and took a taste. It was all cream and vanilla flavoring. Zero coffee.

I order at this McDonald’s weekly, and 50% of the time they get something small wrong- missing extra onions, or missing a burger, whatever. This is what I got tonight, on a burger only modified to have extra pickles.

Do not come to this restaurant horrible customer service. I am a truck driver, tonight I waited at the door so that the employee can help me order food. The employee was busy using his phone so he didn’t notice me. There was no bell so I knocked on the door. And he said I’m not going to take your order. He harassed me and yelled at me for knocking on the door to get his attention.

Why is there an actual field trip of children here when I am just trying to get lunch?
Are they having a class on consumerism or what?
As a kid who couldn’t afford regular school lunches growing up this is insane for a teacher to organize this madness.
The poor old lady’s working the counter look so confused and scared. And they sent the young one out to sweep futilely because he probably isn’t much help in the kitchen and he just left the broom as a trip hazard by the door.

I don’t want to complain too badly. But probably one of the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever ate at. It took him 20 minutes to give me the food.I will say they were extremely friendly and nice though.

I got my order and it was correct and made fast. As I sat and ate, 2 people came out and was doing dine in delivery to table. They seemed prompt and courteous.

Put in my order on the app still had to wait an abnormal amount of time. Then we received luke warm fries at best, our burgers were so greasy I had to drain it before I could eat it. The lobby needed attention. Due to the condition of the lobby I was afraid to use the restroom. There’s a small patio area with a few tables for outdoor dining, but every table is in direct sunlight with no kind of block or shade. If we hadn’t been traveling, starving, and in a hurry I would’ve gave them their food back asked for a full refund and went somewhere else. Lesson learned!!!
