The photo showed lettuce and other toppings my sandwich doesn’t have that. The top of the burger was covered in some red sauce so I couldn’t touch it. The fries were undercooked and raw inside as well as being cold.

What a waste of money. 26.90 to be exact. Customer service was nonexistent. Food was horrible. I tried calling when I got home so I could speak with a manager to express my concern. The phone just rang. The phone rang so long that it sound like it was connecting to AOL. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. Nothing good ie; vibes, customer service or food comes from restaurant. I see Arby’s (owner) has reached out to others about their reviews but has yet to reach out to me. I innerstand why the employees and their management conduct themselves as they do. The “owners” pick and chose as well.

Ordered through DoorDash several times and the food has never been hot or hardly warm. The store is 2 miles away so there is no excuse. The last time we ordered, my grandmother and I got very sick within a few hours of eating. I will not order from here again. And unless you want to sit on the toilet for 45 minutes; I suggest you do not eat here either.

I am 71 and handicapped with RA. I came thru drive thru. Before 7pm on Tuesday. The 2 ladies that were working were so sweet to me. My left hand doesn’t open they helped getting my drinks in my car and food box too. I will definitely be returning to this store.

Door Dashed 7 times this year from this specific location, and 7 out of 7 times… no sauce. How? Apparently, marinara sauce for mozzarella sticks does not exist in this city. Nor does sauce on Nashville sliders, or cheese sauce on my roast beef and cheddar, or any sauce really; it is a miracle I got Arby’s sauce in the bag 3 out of 7 times.
A lot of the food is overcooked and dry as a result — which low and behold if there is NO SAUCE it makes it like eating cardboard.
I get it. I’ve worked in fast food. A mess up here and there, running out of something, overcooking a thing by mistake… it happens; but it doesn’t happen… everytime. If Door Dash would let me change locations from where I get my Arby’s I would, but I can’t. So I’ll get my food somewhere else.

Me, my fiancé and my 13 year old came through drive thru after 9pm to order an roast beef meal with mozzarella sticks, beef and cheddar meal with Diet Coke and 3 piece with fries and Dr Pepper. The lady on the speaker was very unprofessional and not listening to me and my fiancé she kept repeating things that I did not order. She claimed and falsely accused that I said Mello yellow and I clearly did not say that. When we got to the window the same lady gave us a different total when asked to repeat the order the lady at the drive thru lined at me and gave me a smirk and prepared to be unprofessional Alain to the point it really embarrassed me in front of my 13 year old who noticed how much of a bully and disrespect the drive lady was towards me after I asks for a manager and before she shut the door she began red to bully me again in front of my child and fiancé. When the manager came to take my order for the 4th time the same drive through lady on the background was dancing, mocking me, being a bully towards me and being unprofessional and rude. Idk if I will ever come back to that arbys again after being bullied and disrespect land embarrassed again.

Always go for the beef and cheddar but last time ordered a burger and it was a good size and juicy. Never can go wrong with the mocha shake.
