The employees I interacted with were lovely, the fries were hot, but the chicken nuggets were from room temperature to just above room temperature. I’m not exaggerating. The temperature was so extreme that I think that warrants one star even though everything else was great. This is my second time here. The first time, the chicken nuggets were very cooled off compared to most other locations, but not this cool. I figured it was an anomaly, but nope. It seems like this is how they do it here.

Unprofessional service, ignored for payment in the drive-thru, had their orders out of order, handed the wrong order, billed incorrectly, and why are their menu prices an average of $1-$2 per value meal higher than McDonald’s in Michigan? Makes me glad I moved out of Colorado altogether.

We don’t have a lot of choices for food around here so you’d think someone who lives here would want to make sure when someone orders food it’s all the way cooked. The past two times I’ve order a quarter pounder ( ordered months between eachother) it’s cooked on the outside raw in a lot of parts of the inside. Not even realized until a couple of bites had already been taken. Absolutely ridiculous. Yall need to do better being the only McDonald’s in a 30 mile radius

The food is usually pretty good and is usually pretty fresh. My biggest complaint about this McDonald’s is that the customers didn’t choose for the McDonald’s to go to the self ordering kiosks and to not allow customers to get their own drinks….so it shouldn’t take someone 5+ minutes stand there to try and get someones attention for a drink refill. It seems like they ignore people standing at the front counter.

Absolutely terrible food, easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever had. They should be ashamed of themselves. Couldn’t even finish burger or fries cuz they both tasted like they had been made three days earlier. Do not eat here. Under any circumstance you will be better off eating ANYWHERE else other than this terrible establishment.

Multiple times (10+) I have placed a mobile order in the last two years and when I arrive They tell me to go to to a certain number to wait. Nearly every time I wait for an additional 15-20 minutes. The wait times are horrendous and they don’t always get the order right and I have to go inside to get it fixed.

This has got to be one of the best tasting McDonald’s I have visited in my journeys. The only one that tasted better than this one was in New Mexico on the Indian reservation. Y’all can’t touch that stuff. It’s so good but we even got service with a smile.

Food is fine but they can’t follow an order to save their lives, so if you have any type of change you want made they won’t accommodate it and will in fact be annoyed with you for pressing the issue.

We waited in the drive thru for 23 minutes on 11/6/25 at 1:45 pm for one plain cheeseburger our dog needed lunch. We did not get so much as a thank you, next time I’ll drive 1.5 miles further west Wendy’s appreciates their customers.

Restroom had no toilet paper. Took 20+ minutes for our food to come out and it was not busy. When I finally got my food it was cold.
Flies all over the dining room. Saw some in the kitchen too. Employees coming out to the dining room saying there is nothing to do.
