I order two bowls of chicken for my brother and I and it was very delicious . Whoever made the food deserves a raise , as they put a good portion of food till the point that I wasn’t hungry after finishing my bowl of food. My brother enjoyed the food as well. Will definitely recommend this establishment

I can’t believe that any business operates this way. My order was supposed to be ready by 1:10 pm. It wasn’t ready until 2:10 pm.When I opened the bowl, I saw that it was made with steak. I have cancer and I cannot eat red meat. I called and asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to have the bowl remade and they refused that as well. They hung up on me. I have yet to receive a response to any of the emails I’ve sent them.

I eat and order here oftentimes while I am at work. I ordered here online for pick up.last Friday, May 3rd. I ordered a steak burrito bowl with extra steak. However, when I got back to work and opened my bowl, there was no extra steak. I tried calling the restaurant but was unable to get anyone on the phone. So I just sucked it up and left it alone .Fastforward to today, I ordered the same thing, but this time, I checked my bowl before leaving the restaurant, and again, there was no extra steak. So I explained to this nice young man by the name of CJ what occurred last time and he explained that they had new employees who were working in the back making the online orders and that they were still being trained. He did give me the extra steak. Although the food was fresh and good both times,and the restaurant was clean
And CJ was very friendly and accommodating. I could only give 3 stars because they need to do better because not everyone has time to return to have their food corrected.

I came to this restaurant and I wanted to see if the larger portion that the CEO himself said Chipotle was going to start giving if a customer feels like its unfair price for the little food they giving. I asked the lady giving food if they could please poure some more food. She quickly stated that they not supposed to. I explained to this person that the owner of the company said otherwise. I asked for the manager and the young lady was very polite and talked with the worker.

This is a solid Chipotle spot! Most of the time, my bowls and burritos are generously filled and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. On rare occasions, the rice can be a bit undercooked or crunchy, but that’s not the norm. Overall, I enjoy ordering from this location. They do a great job of delivering on the quality and consistency you expect from Chipotle.

There was a line but that’s typical and there wasnt no forks, knives, or spoons available inside when the cashier told me he put some in the bag when i brought it to his attention. There wasnt a problem for me but a guy had to wait while people passed him because they ran out of beans but im sure that happens often. Satisfied with the food i got plus i got points toward free food using the chipotle app on my phone.

Every time I make a mobile order, the food is not prepared when I show up at the pickup time. When I show up at the pickup time, I go to the counter and tell them my name, and then they print out the receipt, and THEN start preparing the food. Today was the worst. They printed the receipt and it was sitting there on the counter for an extra 10 minutes before anyone started preparing the food. I will not be mobile ordering here again! Total waste of time. Useless.
