We when though the drive thru and our order was taken fine. We were a little surprised 2 kids meals and 2 large meals came to 35$, but understandable. However the QUALITY of these chicken wraps is poor. We did try them their first week in restaurants; today there is hardly any cheese, the tortilla was folded over itself in the wrap, and just drowned in spicy sauce. The George Street store always has the worst quality for us, so I’d recommend a different location.

Had a wonderful gentleman help me with my order when I was doing it on the big screen to go.. he answered my question and then helped with getting the gift card to work plus paying the rest with my debit card so I didn’t have to go up to the register too and then he made it a point to go get my items ready himself and they were fresh and hot!! Thank you!

ordering was slow. I had to repeat myself multiple times. Received our food just fine, but when me and my friend were a few bites in we needed some napkins to clean the sauce dripping. Looked in the bag and we had ZERO napkins. we drove off already and we couldn’t go back. I shouldn’t have to ask for napkins

I’ve updated my review because this McDonald’s consistently gets ordering wrong. Out of the last three times that I have stopped to pick up breakfast for my family, every single one of them the order was sent out the window incorrect. The manager corrected the order this morning, but they left out an entire breakfast, and sent one of the hot cake orders out the door without sausage. If you go to order here, Make sure you double in triple check what is on the screen before you pull around.

Honestly- I would give ZERO if it would let me.

I Went through the drive-through to pick up a meal for my daughter who was just getting off from practice And ordered the double meal for Her. They get the order wrong. Ask me to pull up to the next window to wait. I realize after 6 cars or so pass by that I had sat there for 10 minutes and nobody has come to bring me my sandwich. I had to go park, walk in and asked for a manager, told her what happened and she tells me oh I’m sorry that wasn’t communicated – when it was a manager who told me to pull up. Nevertheless, I asked for my money back because I was upset, returned the food and was late to pick up my daughter and still had no food for her.

This is unacceptable and terrible service- she did nothing to reconcile the situation.

Went through drive through this morning. I ordered a sausage biscuit and they gave me a burrito instead which was on my receipt im guessing they misunderstood me so that was fine. I took the loss of my extra money and asked for a biscuit instead, pulled out of the drive way and still had no biscuit but a sandwich and BBQ sauce for a breakfast sandwich?? I ended up getting a refund and was late for work with still no biscuit..

Messed up my order, TWICE came back. I was super understanding (even though I live twenty miles away) came back Gave me attitude for their mess up. Told me they promoed my already paid for meal- (NOPE) they definitely didn’t. Lied, and honestly if I’m going to pay 8.49 for breakfast I’d rather go somewhere I’m treated with respect especially when it was their fault! Stay clear unless you want to be disrespected for their mistakes!
