I do love TGIF! I had some nice buffalo wings. Not the best I ever had, but solid. The menue is all u need with ribs burger and stuff. Good to join before a long distance flight to get the right food before economy hits

I stopped by this TGIF inside Concourse E after landing from my flight. I had my layaway here so I wanted something fulfilling and this restaurant was close to my gate. It took awhile to get me seated even though I was the first one in line. I got seated and it took awhile for my server to come. Another waitress came to take my drinks and food order.
I got the 8oz sirloin and asked for double fries for my side. It took some time for my food to come out but my soda came out quick. The waitress didn’t asked me what sauce I wanted on my steak so she just put the butter on top. The steak was alright and the food was okay, not my favorite. I paid through my phone since there a code on the table to speed things up.

Terminal E at Atlanta has a couple good restaurants that I like to eat at , but today I wanted just a basic handheld chicken sandwich before my flight.
There was no line at the Friday’s and so I decided to try it out . Got seated at a high top table immediately and the server brought me menus . Got something refreshing to drink like ice tea and asked what of the two chicken sandwiches she recommended. She was really helpful and service was great and attentive.
Per her recommendation I got the grilled version of the chicken bacon sandwich with a side of classic fries . Well prepared ( I prefer grilled over fried ) with nice thick cut bacon and a generous melted cheese on top. Bun was soft and went well as you bite into the sandwich . Side of fries is plentiful.
It was a bit loud at the time I went with several folks at the bar . But nothing that was too loud to become annoying.
Good service solid tasting food : what’s not to like ? I would return here next time I’m in Atlanta airport

Can’t complain too much for airport food. It was really busy but we got in quick and the food came out in 10 minutes. This was a Wednesday night around 6:00. We got a burger and salad, both were good

Shavonn was absolutely fabulous! I came to grab food before my flight home from a work trip and after a long week she was a ray of sunshine! Service was quick and friendly and I would absolutely recommend coming here for the hospitality! Not a bad place to kill some time at the airport 🙂

I actually really liked this place. The vibes seemed right.. I was there for a bit, including during lunch rush, and the service was great. The crew was bouncing around and helping each other out while laughing and chatting. They seemed like a fam ha. Food was good and served hot. Wait staff was actively checking with customers on their timeline for flights to know if they should do a rush order or not. Good place

We were seated quickly and our original server was very pleasant and helpful, however, we were seated so they could make room for a larger party. That was fine, but we ended up with a different server. Didn’t catch his name because he was not personable but employee number 1271 was very rude. Can’t remember the last time I didn’t leave a 20% tip, but when I tipped him five dollars on a $45 bill, he passed by my table and made some comment about being cheap.

I ate lunch with my parents here during a layover and while I admit the restaurant was busy, the service and food could have been better. We waited 15 minutes for a server to even show up to our table and take our drink order. Then, when we final got our drinks, the waters had ice when we had asked for no ice. The service was super slow overall and we couldn’t get the staff’s attention.
The salmon was decent but seemed over cooked, and generally the food was more salty than it was flavorful.
If you have a ton of time to kill at the airport and are in absolutely no rush, this spot could work, but if you have hopes of quick service and high quality food, avoid this TGI Fridays.

My family and I always go to TGIFs across the country and we love the food and the service. Today, at around 10:45 am, my bf and I were at the ATL airport, hungry from a delayed flight. We saw airport had TGIF and decided to atop by instead of going to our lounge. Host lady was so rude. We decided to leave. Now i don’t usually leave negative reviews (as you can tell feom my profile) for something small, or just human, but she embarrassed us and treated us like we’re beneath her. Is it because we’re wearing casual outfits? Or we’re a little younger than the current customers? IDK. She treated us like children, pointed at the podium like I didn’t understand english. This negative review only applies to the HOST not the servers as we didn’t get to experience them as we left. This is very unfortunate as we always seemed to have great service in the past from your other branches.
