Excellent burger. Full of flavor and quality. This is a way better option than a smash burger if you desire delicious meat. The fries were also incredible. It’s a must try, especially after you’re sick of eating sandwiches.

These burgers are delicious. They taste like great quality and there is a variety of burger options. You have to try the Chianti onions. (Onions cooked in red wine)

The burger was tasty but overcooked. She asked me if I wanted medium or well done, and I asked for medium but got well done.The fries looked like they were previously cooked and then reheated. They don’t look anything like what I saw in the picture.

If you want to taste a quality burger, that has 100% Italian quality products from Toscany countrysides and therefore taste an amazing Italian burger – please rush to “Il Bovo”. Personally I am fond of burgers and I always taste burgers everywhwere I go – this one was of the best I have ever eaten.
Prices are reasonable, staff and owner is amazing!!
This place is a must to visit while you are in Florence. FYI – They also have hot-dogs, I havent tasted but they should be amazing as well, as its also made by those products!

Love this burger and hotdog place. We had the bestseller Speciale Bacon Cheeseburger, Hotdog Toscano and fries. The burger was juicy and the hotdog was so good. The Tuscan artisanal hotdog was slice in half, seared and cook to perfection. You can also choose your own sauce, your own dressing in case you have any food allergies you need to avoid or which fillings you like or don’t like. A great place and really affordable price in Florence!
