I stopped by this McDonald after landing at Hollywood Burbank Airport. I walked here but they have a decent amount of parking in the plaza this location is in. I came here to get a soda. I placed my order off the kiosk they had and only one was working.
The price is higher at this location so I got a small size. It didn’t print out my receipt or give me a order number so I went to the counter to ask someone. They took forever to acknowledge me until I think the manager saw I was standing there for a while and told an employee to help me.
I just told her I got a small drink and she said it would come out soon. It took a while but she called my name when it was ready. This location still has the self serve soda machine so I got my own refill there.

You can’t go wrong with Mic.D’s at anytime of day or place. App deals is a plus with helpful smiling service assistant at your will. Very clean property inside & out. I’ll be back!!

Bathroom really small, 1 stall and 1 urinal, no flush urinal supposed to save water or s9mething, I hate it, bathroom MENS stinks bad, needs sanitizer, sink needs to be replaced, the sink spout should be replaced, the soap dispenser dispenses almost no soap at all…dirty lobby but very busy airport location to be expected. Clean lobby more. Tables, floor.

The service is very slow The order was not complete utensils not with the order. How do you expect to eat pancake the food was cold. they take too long future reference whoever is reading is I don’t recommend you over here if you’re in a hurry
