11/19/25 around 1030am.. Don’t know where to start went to 2pcs dinner with fries and coleslaw and sweet tea is what I order. Only to get home open the box and let’s just say only thing that was worth it was the biscuit. Chicken looked and tasted like it was sitting for hours, fries cold and what was suppose to be sweet tea was actually unsweet after the young light skin lady who was stocking and fixed my food said 2 different times it sweeten. Highly disappointed I guess the only time to get hot food is when the restaurant first open and lunch time

Dirty rice appeared to be yellow rice with a half cut sausage; the chicken was mostly crunchy fried skin with a little chicken meat. Ugh! Disappointed and sad how over time things are changing all around that our fav spots are suffering as well.

I occasionally come here for breakfast. The food is always fresh and hot. I was surprised when I noticed a “C” on the door. I stayed away for a long time after this discovery. They must have new management. The employees were not a friendly and the restaurant wasn’t as clean. I do like the retired citizens who come in the mornings.

This Bojangles serves good food. For breakfast they have grits even though it is not on the menu. Decent prices and dinner specials at night. They have been consistent with good food. It has been rare that they give me bad food. If they make a mistake they correct it with no hassle. They also have clean restrooms. Everytime I have gone into this establishment restroom is clean.

Terrible needs new staff for sure. Just ordered through doordash, supposed to be a breast and wing combo, they gave me a thigh instead and the chicken was absolutely disgusting, old, soggy, terrible! No sides & no drink! & no sweet potato pie! Then the new apple crisp biscuit thing was absolutely disgusting! No sauce, no silver wear, no napkins. Never again

Just visited for a quick snack for my kid and had the most amazing experience with the young lady in the first window ! Her name was Madison ! She waved !! They’re typically good but they’ve dropped off lately. I get the identical order each time. Steak, egg & cheese biscuit. 2 Bo-Berry biscuits. The last 5x the biscuits have been a bit on the hard side. I request a strawberry jelly and 1 ketchup. 3 of the last 5x I’ve gone, they have forgotten my condiments as well. When the food isn’t overcooked especially the biscuits, they’re generally pretty good, but the last few times, they’ve been off their game. Because of that, I’m not going anymore. At least for a few months.
