The Clermont Fire House Team is amazing. Their workmanship should be commended. All work very well with each other to ensure that orders are fulfilled in a very timely manner. The team is always happy, professional and pleasant. They make me feel happy when I walk through the door; especially when they call out my name before ordering. Awesome, got my vote. This is my go-to store. By the way, the food is great!

This location needs an overhaul on customer service and upholding the ideals set by this restaurant chain. Their were 5 employees and yet it still took over 20 minutes to get just a veggie sub. ( I’ve seen locations with less staff complete the same order in 5 minutes) It was in the middle of the afternoon and the restaurant was not busy. The staff would put a priority on online orders over onsite orders. The restroom needed a good cleaning and smelled disgusting. (This was brought to the attention of the staff and they advised someone will work on when they can) The restaurant was filled with smoke and most of the floor and tables needed cleaning. I will not consider eating at this location again anytime in the near future.
