Everything about this place is so terrible, the cashier was acting incredibly rude and wasn’t shy to tell you to rush. And she totally forgot my drink And put ice in the drink after I specifically ordered no ice. And she forgot the kfc sauce but I still had to pay for it. And I ordered a three piece tender meal and got everything else BUT chicken tenders. And the line took forever. Kentucky Fried Chicken, more like Kentucky Fried Crap.

First time coming here and the buffet was just amazing everything was so well placed and clean. You could just look at everything and tell it’s fresh and the variety of food items was the best part, if you are hungry and want KFC this is where you need to come because you will not be disappointed. Doris is one of the friendliest people you will meet in a restaurant she also makes you feel appreciated.

Usually this location is good about their quality of food…but how do you think this is acceptable?? I ordered a pot pie and they gave me this. If it was going to take a while for the pot pie to cook, you could’ve said that and gave me an option to sub if I didn’t want to wait. Don’t just throw whatever in my bag.

The food that they serve here is not safe to consume. I was given an order that sat out for four hours after a placed an order using the app for a specified time to pick up. I was further disrespected by the manager “Sheena”when I called to express my disappointment. Disgusting.

It’s the worst visit yet I would give 0 stars if it would let me I paid 10.50 for a 5 PC tender big box well needless to say I didn’t get chicken tenders I got peigon toes they was small as hell and that’s not the worst part they was so old seem like they had been there for days they was dark brown horrible definitely didn’t look as they should.. my husband got the breast and 2 wing meal his wings didn’t even have meat on them it was not worth the 23 bucks we paid we also stood at the counter after ordering the cashier was standing in the lobby talking with someone I needed bbq sauce since she didnt offer my 2 sauces I was supposed to get I had to go back instead of her walking up to see what I needed she hollered across the lobby u need something no I’m just standing at the counter letting my food get cold of course I need something or wouldn’t be standing here do the job ur being paid to do is what I wanted to say but didn’t so I just walked away never again will let my friends know as well not worth the money

Ordered the 3 piece original with large Mac and cheese.
Had to ask for my Mac and cheese cause they didn’t remember it within the time it took me to get to Windows from menu.
Thought that was the only problem to expect.
Made the mistake of waiting till dinner to eat to find I was missing a piece of my chicken.
3 pieces and they manage to forget over half my order if you count me having to ask for my Mac and cheese.
Was between 3pm and 340pm.
Of course no receipt.
Sad little 2 pieces of chicken.
Wish I checked the bag and asked for a receipt.
Thanks for ruining my self treat..
Now I see why it wasn’t busy.
13.00 dollars for this?
I gave 2 stars cause I got some of my order.
Word of advice.
CHECK YOUR ORDER
