Rude and very arrogant. I had to repeat my order three times I got to the window. It was wrong again. Person taking an order was obviously taking on too much. I talked to the manager. He was just as rude as his arrogant. I got a refund, he argued with me the entire time. The manager behaved as though I was a bother and not the reason for him being there. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE THIS SITE AGAIN. Too many other choices to be treated in this manner. Rudeness was over-the-top and will be the downfall of this location. I challenge the owner or cooperate report to ‘stop by” some time unannounced’.

This has been my local McDonalds for a few years. They always get my order correct, a double cheeseburger no pickle and a McChicken extra mayo. Fast and friendly service too.

On a random note on all McDonald’s: back in the day, I did not order extra mayo on my McChicken, I am not sure if they started using less mayo or if I have become that person who gets extra mayo…

The most inconsistent McDonald’s I have been to, some days its super quick and fresh, other days they have people working who seemed to have never been trained to work the drive thru. Although most of people who work the registers/ hand off food are friendly.

Chicken sandwich was absolutely squashed like someone literally stood on it, rude window staff, fries missing (for a hefty fee of three dollars for a small fry)— we were the only car in the drive-through I will NEVER go to this McDonald’s again. I remember when this used to be a nice McDonald’s-unfortunately, it’s not worth the cost of the gas to go back to make it right.

Bought a quarter pound burger at the drive thru. Some joker thought it was funny to put a plain patty and a small bun in the container! The phone number on the receipt is disconnected. The district manager couldn’t bother to call me back. The manager at the store told me “There’s nothing we can do about it”.

Don’t come here if you use the mobile app. I was theeatened with the cops being called on me because I calmly and politely refused to cancel my order or move my car when they would not honor an in app order deal I already placed an order with and paid for.

I have screenshots of the deal, my order, my drive through code, my receipt and my card being charged. This meant nothing to them becuase they would not honor the deal. They asked that I cancel the order and place a new one without the deal. The deal was about half off and if I canceled the order i would have to wait 15 minutes before i could use a differnt deal in the app and who knows if they would honor that deal. Not to mention they have my money for up to 7 days to do with as they please while I wait for my refund, that seems fair.

I am done just accepting a loss of my money at no fault of my own due to corprate conglomerates purposely false advertising and bait and switching. This is not the first time this has happened at this location or others. The only reason it is going to be the last time is becuase I am no longer going to be a McDonald’s customer.

It probably wont go anywhere but I’m going to be contacting my lawyer for false advertising. If any other restraunt that wasn’t a chain had a price on their menu that was incorrect and a customer caught it, they would honor the menu price. Why is this situation any different. Maybe it will turn into a class action like Dollar General with deceptive pricing tactics.

I have been a loyal customer for decades and that will no longer be the case. I will express my dismay with all my friends and family, I will denounce your company on social media and I will do everything in my power to cost you every penny you have cost me over the years.

See you tomorrow with a sign that says “Dont eat here unless you support false advertising” and see you in court!

Poor customer service experience. A trainee took our order and mistakenly added extra fries instead of the apple slices that normally come with a Happy Meal. One worker apologized and said it would be corrected at the first window—but when we received the meals, the apple slices were still missing.

At the next window, a staff member was extremely rude and insisted we pay for the apple slices. I explained that we didn’t request extra fries and that apple slices are supposed to be included. Instead of correcting the mistake, she doubled down and again demanded payment.

I asked to simply swap the extra fries for the apple slices. She called over a supervisor (possibly the manager), who didn’t listen at all—he just snatched the Happy Meals and replaced the fries, without wearing gloves. He then practically threw the meals back at us through the window. Completely unprofessional.

If he is the manager, both he and his team need serious customer service and food safety training. All of this could have been avoided if the order had been taken correctly. I do not recommend this location.

P.S.A., mcdonald at milwaukee st, in Madison Wi. Dont ever buy happy meals there,when i went and bought happy meals there, they alway give us the same toys. I went in ans asked to change the duplicates and they refusedto do it. After i asked for a change because my kids didn’t want the same toys, they said they can’tchange more than 2 even though all 4 of the happy meal had the exact same toys. Everytime we gone to that location, they always give the same happy meal toys. But before i just gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time, for once i just thought that it wouldn’t be a big deal to go in and asked for different toys but instead they refused my simple request even though i went in right after curbside order. We only go once in a while and at other locations this has not been an issue. I dont recommendothers to go here, they are not cooperative, not sure if its their policy or them just simply not caring but i went in asking nicely. Horrible customers service and bad manager/ management. Never going back there and also don’trecommend others to go as well.
