I just visited IHOP for the first time, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We ordered the Breakfast Sampler and split it between two people for only $17.69, along with a 3-stack of buttermilk pancakes.
The Breakfast Sampler came with everything, eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and hash browns. Plus on top it was all you can eat pancakes. For $17.69, that’s hard to beat, and the portion was more than enough two of us to feel full. The pancakes weren’t the fluffiest but they tasted pretty good and were fairly light, definitely a lot of sugar and pretty high carb though.
Service was fairly good for a spot like IHOP, Kiara and Gracie were both very friendly. For a total of $25 and $31 after tip, IHOP is insanely cheap especially for the amount of food you get. I wouldn’t say these are the best pancakes (or healthiest) but the value is unbeatable.

The omelette was great—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The pancake, however, was a bit soggy and not as good as I expected. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience pleasant overall.

The food was just okay, I do not recommend the country gravy and biscuits. The gravy wiggled like jell-o and had no flavor; the biscuits crumbled too much to eat. Server was very polite and attentive, thank you! I think I would have rather just cooked at home as the convenience was just not proportional to the cost and quality of the food.

I walked in and had to wait 5+ mins for a hostess to come out from the back to seat me. I was seated, took 5 mins to get coffee and order into the kitchen. Food took 20 mins. Didn’t see my waitress until 15 mins before I left.

It was super busy. Our order got erased (digitally) but they brought coffee and biscuits as a we were starving. They got us a new order, were very polite and helpful. Ov erwhelmed with business but even covered our entire bill. So, they did it gracefully. We had not come to IHOP in awhile but we will go back for sure!

Our Server ANGIE B. was rude as hell. Food was dry and Unedible and differed greatly from the advertised pictures on the menu. My entire group was very disappointed and will not be returning. Angie B, also touched our food with her bare hands and then told us “oh is that appetizer your meal?” Completely inappropriate and rude as hell. Angie had a big additude as well.
