The food was amazing!! They coat the pork chop sandwich in vanilla wafers before frying it. The fries gave me total In-N-Out vibes, and the chicken sandwich was seriously next level; definitely my favorite. Highly recommend!

I was visiting town and needed a quick place to grab something to eat, and Pop-Up Chicken Shop completely blew my expectations out of the water. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. This was easily some of the best food I’ve had in a long time. The service was fast and friendly, which made the whole experience even better when you’re short on time. If you’re in Bloomington and looking for a great spot to eat, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely come back again next time I’m in town!

The food here is solid and I always suggest this place to people visiting. It’s not just chicken either with burgers, sandwiches and a full bar. They accommodated my group of 9 with no problem. The staff is always friendly and eager to help if you need anything. I’ve not had a bad experience here whether I’m with family and friends or it’s just the guys. Definitely give this place a shot as it’s a local business that began from scratch.

We want a chicken pop-up shop the other day for the very first time! We weren’t sure what to order and as we were ordering the front desk lady was so nice because she was telling us what the most popular items were and what to expect and how to order! The ordered at the front counter and then they gave us a table to sit at and literally within minutes. The food came out fresh and piping hot. Weren’t expecting something to knock us out of the water, but we definitely found it and that was the cheesesteak. We know it sounds crazy since it’s a chicken pop-up shop, but the cheesesteak was incredible. The chicken tenders were good and also the cheese curds.

Chicken quality was great! No chewy filler crap. Was moist and delicious. Got the hot horseshoe. Medium was nose running hot. The fries are like a cross between wedges and curly fries. They were great too. First time here and definitely won’t be the last.

The food here is delicious. They offer a variety of chicken variations, but I personally find the OG Pop up fried chicken sandwich to never fail. The rule of thumb here is the less healthy it is, the better it is. I’ve gotten a grilled chicken sandwich to try and do a good thing and it was insanely thin. Probably 1/4 the size of the fried chicken at the same price. The salad is also pretty expensive for what you get. Go unhealthy or go home

We came to pop up chicken for the first time, and we had a really great experience! The food was delicious! I had the OG chicken sandwich, my husband had the chicken wraps, and my brother had the chicken and waffles. We loved everything. The only thing I didnt like, which is my personal opinion, is that the butter or something on the waffles was very sour. I wasn’t a big fan of that and my brother wasn’t, but im sure others may like that. Im thinking the butter is made with sour cream or something and there was a ton of butter on the waffles. I was just expecting more of a sweet flavor. Other than that, everything was great, and the service was good. We’ll definitely be back!

Consistently delicious food. We love the smashburgers the best but the chicken is a solid choice. This time I tried a salad special that was amazing.
Edited to add: for Father’s Day we tried the Love Shack menu and ordered the horseshoe- inspired dish(amazing) and the French Onion special. My son had the fish sandwich.
All were good! We can’t wait to return.
