We met our Aunt for a late lunch Chad was an amazing server. We stopped by asking if we need more beverages, how our meals were and made sure to bring a to go sweet potato fries for my Aunt to take home. We could not believe we had sat there so long when we decided it was time to go and never once were we rushed. I have to be gluten free and this is my #1 to go spot.

Waiting over 10 minutes for our order to be taken… then no silverware or utensils.. the food was cold when we finally did get it. The restrooms smelled like sewer. Then the icing on the calendar is when I still had food on my plate and it was taken from me. Will not be back for a while.

Red Robin has always been a great place to go if you are look for a great burger or in need of a lot of steak fries. The host quickly seated us we were greeted and had our drinks and food ordered in a quick but friendly manner and the food itself didn’t take long to arrive. Checkout was quick and painless as well. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you looking for a good place to eat.

We went and the first thing we noticed was that the restrooms smelled like methane. We both just wanted water to drink. I asked for an orange slice. The sever said,” Water with some ice?”, I said no and repeated my request. She again asked water with some ice? Then she said orange with ice? My girlfriend finally got her to understand. We ordered pretzel bites and a pizza. After some time, the server came back and asked if we were ready to order. My girlfriend said I already ordered and the server said oh and we left. None of this is acceptable!

The first and last time going here. If you want to make reservations, don’t bother calling. I asked the host what the phone number was and recited the last 4 digits to prove I called. They scrambled to get us seated. We had dietary requirements for a member of our party, and it required us to eat here to avoid cross-contamination. The waitress worked hard, so good job to her! Cocktails were good, and I would order it again. The entrees were cold when we got them. The bathrooms needed cleaning, and I told one of the wait staff it needed to be addressed. Won’t be going back.

We were visiting from out of town. I’ve always had great meals at Red Robins in the past, so why would this be different? To get it out of the way, the food we (finally) ordered was delicious, made perfectly. The cooks are on top of it and are putting out quality.
The problem was the server. Once we were seated in her area, it took ages for her to even acknowledge our table. We asked about drinks. She said she’d get right on it. And then a friend of hers came in. She spent the next fifteen minutes hugging her and then sitting across from this friend in her booth, catching up.
She eventually remembered that she was at work and went to get our drinks. Another table asked her about their food order. She went to check on it, and that’s when she brought our order out. (I don’t know if she ever did go get that other table’s order.)
We asked for refills of our drinks. Sorry, the glass was absolutely full of ice, leaving very little room for the actual drink. Two or three sips and there’s nothing but ice left; of course we’d want refills. That was another 15+ minute wait.
If they were busy, I’d understand. They weren’t. Our waitress was just too focused on her friend, leaving the customers behind.

Went with mom for dinner last week. We were greeted immediately by the host and sat at booth in the bar area. Our server was nice (sorry I can’t remember her name), prompt, explained the kiosk thing on the table that you pay the bill with and can sign up for rewards with (as an ex-server I appreciated her smooth but not pushy pitch), and checked on us throughout our stay. Mom got the whiskey bbq burger with onion rings which looked delicious. Since I’m watching my calories and sodium (sign I’m getting old lol) I choose the avo-Cobb-o salad with balsamic vinegar dressing which came on the side. The menu listed calories for each item which was handy (dressing not included). I asked for a small thing of bleu cheese dressing when ordering just in case since that’s what I’d normally order with this kind of salad, but wound up not needing it. My salad was big and delicious! Mom really liked her order too. We sat awhile after eating just catching up and our server checked on us to make sure we had enough water to drink. Not gonna lie I sometimes used to use that line to gently get ppl out the door lol but it didn’t seem to be the case here. It took a bit to figure out how to use our gift card which was our own fault though and left a few extra bucks than what we originally put on the table for our server since we sat there longer than we anticipated.
