Came for a quick lunch to go. First time trying, and it was really good! Price was good and the quality was good. Presentation was up to par, and portion size was good. Will be returning!

It was my first time having teppanyaki in Jacksonville. Although the restaurant has been around for quite a while and the facilities are not the newest, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The service was excellent, and the ingredients were fresh. The chef was witty and entertaining, making our meal filled with laughter.
Jennifer was very thoughtful and attentive, taking care of every guest at the table. It was clear that she truly loves her job and puts her heart into her work.

It was a bday celebration. We have big group. I can say they are okay in terms of customer service, just lil slow…maybe it’s just a lil bit of busy at that time..
Food is okay, we order grilled steak ,chicken, shrimp. With rice and noodles. Plus wonton soup. Taste good . Also we add sushi ,however it needs more improvement.

We walked into the restaurant being decorated nicely and laid out well. Very clean as well. We opted for the hibachi table but they also have regular tables to sit at. Our waitress was great. She kept checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The hibachi chef put on a good show while cooking our food and he was very funny. The food was very good we both got the pick two with chicken and steak. The meal also came with vegetables, noodles and rice. The clear soup was very flavorful and tasted much better than most other places I’ve had it. We ordered an appetizer called the sexy salmon that was good and paired well with the sauce it was served with. Overall a great dinner to celebrate our anniversary and we will definitely be back.

A Memorable Dining Experience at Kaika Teppanyaki Asian Fusion
From the moment I stepped into Kaika Teppanyaki Asian Fusion, I knew I was in for a treat. The ambiance struck the perfect balance between elegance and comfort—dim lighting paired with a sleek, modern design created an inviting atmosphere.
The star of the evening, however, was undoubtedly the live teppanyaki experience. Our chef’s precision and skill on the grill were nothing short of mesmerizing. Watching him expertly slice, dice, and cook with flair made the meal feel interactive and immersive. It wasn’t just dinner; it was a performance.
We started with a selection of appetizers—crispy gyoza and beautifully plated sashimi that tasted as fresh as it looked. The main course, though, stole the show. The perfectly seared wagyu beef melted in my mouth, while the garlic butter shrimp were bursting with flavor. Each dish was accompanied by delicately seasoned fried rice and crisp vegetables that brought a sense of balance to the richness.
To cap off the evening, the dessert—a velvety matcha cheesecake—was the ideal sweet note to end on.
The staff were attentive and personable, making sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for a unique dining experience, Kaika Teppanyaki Asian Fusion is absolutely worth a visit.

Recently ordered online the food was still fresh, the sushi was rolled neatly and tight. The entree you could really taste the grill it came off of. I can only imagine how much more flavorful it would have been if I would have went to the actual restaurant.

Very good experience. I have been to several hibachi restaurants before where they cook the food in front of you however this guy Maui (from Disney Moana) at least thats what he said his name was, he had the tattoo, a fish hook necklace and all LOL. He was awesome as he was very humorous, personable and very skilled. The only reason I took away a star is because the Thai tea we ordered tasted old and my wife and daughter made mention of the same taste, and they ran out of Dr. Pepper (or maybe they didn’t want to change the syrup) The server seemed like he didn’t want to be there. My mom had to ask for ice 3 times. So it seems like the loss of a star is around drinks in there. Outside of that, Maui was very accommodating to our needs and wants as a large party.

Tried this place out for the first time since I was in riverside area. Came in 30-40mins after they reopened, the place is a hibachi as well a sushi restaurant so that’s pretty cool! The service provided by Matt was good. The atmosphere well it’s a bit too dark imo.
Here’s what we tried :
Salt and pepper ribs – 7/10 it was good but abit dry, I thought there would be sauce provided for the ribs.
Crab rangoons – 8/10 was good but didn’t like the sauce
Wonton soup – 9/10 flavor was well!
Sushi (Philadelphia, rock and roll and spider roll) – 9/10 everything tasted amazing!
Overall experience was good! I would definitely go back and try their cocktail menu.

The food was amazing. Perfect portions for the price. Didn’t take too long. The servers though. Lord. They were in the front talking about other servers never coming in, about management not doing anything. Our server was just a lot. She kept talking about everything and anything including her husband being allergic to so many things. I would suggest getting it to go or come when it’s busy.
