I don’t know what has happened to this location but I went in last night around 6:15pm to grab dinner for me and my kids and the server seemed as if she was over it and did not want to be there. There was no friendly interaction at all, to make things worse they had just put out a fresh batch of white rice and steak off the grill and when I later got home and bit into the steak in my bowl it was tough as nails! Pretty much every piece was so hard I could not chew it! To top it off the rice was not cooked, it was crunchy! And the chips were so hard and stale, they tasted rubbery. I could NOT believe it! I literally wanted to cry! I took a picture of the pieces of steak I could not eat and the rest which were smaller pieces I fed to my dog. I was blown away as I spent almost $60 bucks for horrible hospitality and dinner that I could not eat. I used to love this Moe’s and I know businesses are going through it with this economy but come on yall this is not right, I’m scared to ever go back!!

Me and my husband pop into Moe’s almost every Sunday night for a quick and easy dinner. We came a little earlier today for a late lunch and I can just not express enough how friendly the staff is. The managers Chase and Kayla are so sweet and kind! I’ve seen Kayla every Sunday for a while now and she’s very understanding to my food allergies. Great environment! Great food! Great staff! This is why I love this place!

Food was excellent! The service was good… They forgot one item we ordered though. I understand they had a lot of takeout orders, but they need to pay attention to the patrons eating there. The way the girls just blankly stare at you….. we have to look in the back for that……. Like for real you have 2 hours til close and have no desire to get more tofu on the line? I had the option to have her cook it but the way she was acting told me it would literally kill her. Plus my husband had nachos already made and they wouldn’t have been good by the time we got home if I had her cook the tofu. Im sure they would have refused to remake his nachos……Veggies out there dont bother with this location, silly me for thinking it would be cool. Only reason I went here was because my husband loved the Brandon location growing up and he wanted his birthday dinner to be Moes. Now he is eating alone tonight.

This Moe’s is great! The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. I love their brewed tea. I usually eat there 2 times a week for lunch, so I see the consistency.

Usually have a good experience here. However, tonight at 9pm, they wouldn’t let me order a stack because they already cleaned the grill… an hour before closing?
I walked out. Not sure if management is asleep at the wheel but that’s ridiculous. So beware if you want Moe’s after 8pm at this location.

The place was a mess and they ran out of the basic foods like rice, chicken, beans. I’m a regular and it is never this bad. Very unorganized and drink machine filled with ice and most of the drinks out. No drink tops were out and the sauces were very messy! I do not appreciate this and don’t know if I will be back!!

We went to Moe’s last night to get dinner to go. We entered and no one said “welcome to Moe’s” there was no greeting at all. We proceeded to order, No one completed my order. The young man behind the counter proceeded to wait on customers behind me. I had to ask him why he was not helping me. He threw my lid on my unfinished tacos and sent them to the register. It was a very shabby crew, one of the food preppers was wearing shorts that looked like pajamas. We won’t be going back.

Best Moe’s I’ve ever been to. Friendly greeting every time I go and have never had a problem with the food. Restaurant is clean and inviting with plenty of window space.
