Wonderful first time. Amazing food, great customer service. The atmosphere was relaxing and lots of cool paintings and pictures on the interior of the building. I got the grilled chicken plate with extra chicken to keep up with my diet for the gym. My wife got the barbacoa and egg plate. All the food was fresh, to include the salsa and fresh corn and flour tortillas. We will definitely be back with the family.

Came for a morning breakfast and had the Supreme Omelette. Is supposed to have grilled veggies but the cook did not grill them enough to bring out the succulent flavor so they get 4 stars. The refried beans are excellent with that flavor you get from old style Mexican restaurants. I recommend trying this place. Service was great.

I really enjoyed the restaurant. The service was great and the decor was nice. The food is just as good as other decent restaurants but I gotta say that thier Tuesday special is AMAZING! The Calabasita de Pollo! Man, it has so much flavor and it comes with a large bone-in chicken leg and thigh! I’ve visited the restaurant specifically for the Tuesday special! The prices are decent. The salsa that comes with the complimentary chips is very tasty and has some kick to it. If you are craving Calabasita de Pollo, leave Tuesday available and give it a chance.

I always come here for the fresh squeezed orange juice. It’s perfection. I love the barbacoa. The breakfast plates are delicious too. They also offer healthy options like avocado toast and oats. Coffee and more available. Great atmosphere. Drive thru service available. Fast service, attentive staff, and very kind ladies working here. Highly recommended. Try the orange juice.

This is my go-to Mexican restaurant in Universal city. 5 years ago they catered my baby shower and was highly raved about during and after the party. My step-dad and I have breakfast every other week here. No long waits, good price points, and a new panderia inside. We love Acapulco!!
