Social Profile:
Hibachi, also known as Japanese steakhouse or Teppanyakiis a post–World War II style of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word teppanyaki is derived from teppan, which is the metal plate on which it is cooked, and yaki, which means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried. The master chefs will dazzle you with their samurai like swordsmanship as they slice, dice, juggle and entertain while preparing delicious food on a sizzling Teppanyaki grill.
Informal Japanese steakhouse (with seafood & sushi) where chefs perform & cook on tabletop grills.

The experience was good until the waitress, Kendra, ruined it completely when we had to pay.
We were 7 people so the bill was considerable and for that reason I considered 10 $ was enough as a tip. When the waitress saw the ammount she started being very rude with me, and then she went to the table to ask to my colleagues if everything was ok because I was giving them a low tip in a very disrespectful way.
All my colleagues were ashamed by her behaviour and she ruined the experience. I can understand the culture here is to give bigger tips, but it is not an obligation and you cannot lose your manners just because of that. You should not pay it with the customers if you are not happy with your salary. We won’t come back again.

This restaurant/franchise is the state of art. A few people had birthday on the day I went so I felt like I was a part of it too I particularly liked the atmosphere which fits for most folks . I would say the food is relatively expensive but you get what you pay for. In this case it’s the performance which justifies for the high price tag. Needless to say, the meal memorable and freshly tasted.
P.S. I loved this chef. He’s funny & very skilled.

We stopped in after an appt, first time ever. We were pleasantly surprised. The hibachi grill was absolutely great. The service was spectacular, the food was delicious, great prices, it was very clean. Our small group enjoyed the hibachi experience. Would be nice for a larger group.

Great experience Was super busy so not much attention paid to customers needs. The chef show was quite unique. Saw birthday parties, and family dinner occasions, food was tasting great off us decided Desert selection limited. All in all good place for dinner and a bit pricey for quantity of food for the Tapanaki dishes. Enjoy ❤️

We had so much fun at Hibachi. The staff members were very personable. The chef would do a little show with fire and various cooking tools before serving you. We will definitely be coming back!

This is my third time ordering from here. We ordered green dragon rolls and a few other items. We had asked for extra spicy mayo, looked inside the bag and it looked like it was there. Got home and guess what no spicy mayo. This is the third time with no spicy mayo. I get it the food is good but when you’re paying $125 each time and you ask for the sauce you’d like you would think after the third time you would get it. Will not be coming back again.

The food was excellent, and the chef did a fantastic job accommodating our large party. We had intended to leave a cash tip, but the waitress took the debit machine and added a 15% tip without asking. It made the situation uncomfortable for everyone at the table, and unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
