By far the best food you can get in the area by a long shot and pricing is even cheaper at lunch time compared to fast food. The fish is delicious and Fry’s are incredible. Newly renovated soo it looks nicer now. Don’t let the looks of the place confuse you. This place does not disappoint. I come here for lunch when I’m in the area and we’ll worth the wait for the food. There is a wait because they make fresh to order. We’ll worth it.

We came there at 7:40, was told food would be done in 15 min, left at 8:25pm. Seemed like they had a busy night and we saw several customers get their food before ours. No communication or apologies for the wait.
There’s plenty of tables and seating inside and the bathroom was clean. The food itself was good and for a good price (BOGO free chicken and rice with side salad for $18). My dish was drenched in the white sauce which was too much and the salad wasn’t as fresh.
Needless to say we won’t be coming back here. Call or order ahead so you don’t have to wait. We were looking forward to it with the good reviews but the service just ruined it for us for dining in.

Ordered small perch and a small tilapia dinner. Spent $27 and both were very disappointing. Neither had taste nor were very seasoned. Used to love the previous owners cooking. Wont be returning to these new owners.

Pretty good selection of food and pretty tasty. This was my first visit so I got the wings and perch to start things off. The portion was huge. Normal wings, lots of fries, 3 full size pieces of fish. I think I was supposed to get coleslaw though and didn’t. They put a shake seasoning on everything that was excellent. It was a bit greasy, and I think that’s from old oil. You could taste that slightly old flavor. The place inside was a mess. Dirty floors and old everything. As long as the grills are clean and the food is good I don’t care about that too much though. All in all, it was nice and filling. Not sure I would go there again. I’ll keep experimenting until I find a better fish place in the area.

I walked in for the first time , everything was clean, you can see the cooks prepare your food. They were professional and sanitary . As for the food when I got it , it was delicious. I got the chicken over rice with white sauce. I recommend this place 10/10

This place use to be so good. But they changed owner ship and staff A LOT!!.. I just went in yesterday. the prices have went UP ridiculously high, to the point where it’s not worth it AT ALL. They charged me $16 for 3wings & 2fish NO drink!!.. the fish they gave me was suppose to be catfish. IT WAS NOT CATFISH!!!. In fact I don’t think it was fish at ALL.. I took a bite of the “fish” and I couldn’t even chew it at all it immediately DISSOLVED in my mouth. Not in a good way. As soon as it touch your tongue it spreads in every direction and dissolves. The weirdest I’ve ever experienced!!.. I won’t be back..And another thing!!!.. they selling rice bowl for $17 and $18 dollar on the west side they like $10-12. How you gone rob people and the food not even good
