Food is trash every single time. All three crispy chicken cantina tacos were complete broken, cheese is barely melted & nowhere near where it’s supposed to be.
These were given to us in a box so this had to have happened before it left the drive-through window. It’s just expected the food will be garbage at this point, idk why we keep giving them another chance.
$15 for three broken, poorly prepared tacos.

02/16/2026- okay now every visit is a disaster. At least this time I was not missing any items but the food quality, god!.. do you call this a 5-layer with added avocado and added onions?? The steak is dry and flavorless.. Management was there but I guess it doesn’t matter. Your food reflects your work ethic. Not even a busy night.
I usually have a good experience here. I probably get Taco Bell from time to time and yesterday’s visit (9/27) was horrible. When I got home and checked my food everything was just all over the place. The Doritos tacos were all destroyed and the burritos had barely any filling and looked like they didn’t even take the time to roll the tortillas correctly. Like I mentioned it feels like they just threw the food in there without any care for quality.

I work hard for the money I choose to spend in my community. I just continue to be disappointed in the service provided to the customer. Clearly ordered NO ONION. However, there they are packed into the food. Calling in makes no difference, no I do t want to come back, no they won’t refund the money, no I don’t want a credit card for a later date that is magically written in come log that no one, including myself, will remember was promised to me.

Just went to this location by centerplace today, the most terrible service i have received from this location, I ordered 55$ worth of food after talking with the “service champion” about fixing my order at the intercom because he couldn’t get it right I finally make it to the window and give him 100$ he then says he cannot take it, so your telling me taco bell doesn’t have two twenty bills and a five, are we being for real. As a former shift leader here you have to lock in and serve the customer and either say at the intercom we are not excepting big bills so my time is not wasted or go to the safe and pull out change for me, I was the only person in line and after a rush at 8 o’clock they should have plenty of bills for my change, all in all just the worst service i have received, i’d expect more from this location.

I placed a mobile app order. Thinking it would be faster than just going through the drive-through ordering and waiting I was wrong. I still had to wait when I pulled up to the speaker. The person repeated my order back to me and I confirmed to him once again that on the Cantina chicken bowl has NO purple cabbage and he said yes OK I got that. I was also informed that they were out of, the cantina chicken so could they please use grilled chicken? What option do I have at that point besides to just change my whole order that I’ve already paid for I don’t have time for that! I continue to wait and wait and wait for my order I get up to the window. He apologizes for the wait, hands me my food. Of course I don’t look. I just want to get home and eat, I pull out the burrito and start eating and thinking man this is dry. I keep eating crunchy hard bits and spitting it out. Come to find out the rice is hard. By the time I get home, I’m at the end of the burrito the end we’re all the sour cream is at. I get home and pull out my bowl and was wanting to eat it so badly. I look at it and think it looks like somebody just shook it all up that doesn’t look appetizing and it has the cabbage in it that I did not want very disappointed. I tried to call the store, but nobody Answers. It almost sounds like somebody picks up the phone and it’s silent and then they just hang up so nothing gets resolved. I can’t get back to the store to resolve this now because I don’t have a vehicle. So they just made some money! All the other pic are the “grilled” enchilada. I scooped everything to one side so you could see what you get.

We ordered a cantina chicken bowl with no rice and extra black beans. Clearly, there are minimal beans, and it is completely drenched in sauce. Everything is a soggy mess and not edible.
Also ordered was a chicken quesadilla. It was wet on the outside and not even melted on the inside. $17 dollars for two items that got thrown in the trash.

Are all the taco bells in Greeley more focused on the drive through that they ignore the people in the lobby? If drive thru is the priority then close the lobby instead of having customers waiting to be acknowledged then none of the fountain drinks work. Next time I’ll just order a pizza from black jack for the amount of time I waited in the lobby to get my order.

Horrible experience! My husband placed an online order which I went to pick up. By the time I got home, we noticed two items were missing. I had to drive all the way back to Taco Bell to tell them in person because they weren’t answering their phone. I told the lady at the front what items were missing and she came back up to me after pulling the receipt and told me I only ordered one of the specific item. I told her I only asked for one as a replacement and then what the other item was again. I stood there waiting in their freezing cold restaurant for 15 minutes to get the 2 items they forgot! There was sticky soda spilled all over there floor, which no one cleaned up. They gave the drive thru patrons priority over the items they missed during my original order. This food was for my grandchildren for heavens sake. Absolutely unprofessional!

By far the worst Taco Bell in Greeley, and that says quite a bit. They straight up have refused to make my food before whether that was laziness or a lack of supplies to complete the order. It’s amazing that this location is still in operation because I can at least order the AM Crunchwrap from both the other stores in town, but not here. Im only posting this to tell everyone to avoid this trash heep.
