Staff was good. Spread way too thin but kept up best he could. Food took a long time to come out. I contributed that to probably understaffing in the kitchen as well.
Had medium wings, they were drenched in sauce. And Chipotle BBQ dry rub. They had no rub on one side but the other side looked like they just dumped have the bottle on them and called it good. Had onion rings as an appetizer and apparently 5 is an order…
All in all food was ok other than what I already mentioned. But doubt we’ll be back anytime soon.

Took forever to get our drink order. Waited forever on our food. My beer sat at the bar for so long that I had to grab it myself. Lukewarm beer, lukewarm food. To top it off my order was wrong twice. Finally, the management

My girlfriend and I ordered online. Super easy and hassle free. She went to pick the food up and the woman was super nice and friendly. She told her to have a blessed day and we couldn’t thank her enough because life has been rough recently. So if you’re reading this, THANK YOU! Will definitely be back. Food was amazing. Definitely not what it used to be. Orders never ready on time for carry out, stuff routinely missing, poor quality food on promo nights. They always send surveys after orders which is great, but they never follow up on issues. Wish Richmond had a better option for sports bars.

Our server, Ethan, and the rest of the staff were great. We did have to wait around 10 minutes for someone to seat us and they weren’t that busy honestly. The food was just okay. My burger was a bit overdone but it tasted okay. The women’s restroom was absolutely disgusting. The one decent stall had pee all over the seat. Thankfully, I carry some cleaning wipes with me. I honestly wouldn’t come back to this location because of the general cleanliness and because the food was just okay. The staff were the best part of this restaurant.

To start this is the only review I have ever written. I’ve been to this location 7 different times since I moved to Richmond a year ago. I mistakingly took my partner and gave this establishment its 7th chance today. We were seated quickly, but waited at least 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Our food took around 20 minutes and was a complete disappointment.
My wings had very little sauce (some had none), cold, and dry. My mac and cheese was sort of gray and jelly like on the bottom with the top layer being hard. Almost as if it had been microwaved for too long, then left out to get cold (microwaving would be fine as long as it was appetizing!). My partner ordered a patty melt with pickles and ranch on the side. The pickles were never brought and the ranch was requested twice and also never brought. Our food arrived without silverware and we were eventually given plastic-ware.
I would have liked to speak up about our food at least, but our server only visited us a total of 4 times within our hour and 15 minute visit, and we grew tired of waiting at that point.
The service was lackluster and the food wasn’t appetizing. I’ve had a similar experience the previous 6 times giving it the benefit of the doubt. I know there are bad and busy days, but after 7 bad experiences I will never be back. I reluctantly still tipped 20% this time because I know this corporation doesn’t pay their staff a living wage. Complete waste of time and $42.

I’ve been to some pretty crappy Buffalo Wild Wings over the last few years so compared this one was pretty good. Service was a bit slow but friendly and since we were watching the game the slowness wasn’t such a big deal. The food was great. I had the triple bacon burger and my husband had wings. Lots of shopping nearby. I’d come back if in the area again.

Very disappointed, I ordered fried pickled ($10) and literally only counted 15 pickles on the tray. Our fries were shriveled and cold like they had been sitting a while. The new buffalo chicken dip wasn’t that great, there were 3 times the amount of chips even needed for the small portion of dip you get and it mostly just tasted like rotisserie chicken. Our wings were so dark and crunchy I thought they were burnt and there was barely any sauce on the wings they looked more like a dry rub. The Philly cheesesteak was semi warm and it didn’t have any onions on it like it stated on the menu. The best thing we got was the skillet cookie it was the only item we got that was hot/warm. Overall terrible experience, we hadn’t ate there in almost 8 months and we were so shocked how much the place had gone downhill since our last visit. Just so disappointed in the food!

So let’s start by saying me and my wife came on a Sunday when it was 80+ degrees.
We wanted to go to patio we got that bit as soon as we got out there the problems started.
The patio was not ready for guest. They sat us anyways with messy tables all around. We were not the only ones outside but they did not take care of any table cleaning while we were there.
It was pretty empty inside so idk why they weren’t working.
My server Hayden was very stand off ish. Did not like coming close to the table.
I mentioned that my cup with a different color and if they had more. He did not think it was a problem that my wife’s cup was clear and my cup was a brown tan. Just odd service for sure. It was like pulling death just to get a new cup. Oh I’m sorry I what a clean cup.
All around horrible experience.
