Had a burger and fries. So many fries!! And you can nibble on peanuts salted in the shell while you wait! Had an awesome time. You have ti experience this place at least once. Very worth it!

Terrible portion for our small fry. Didn’t even fill up the cup or the bag and they were cold and flimsy. Came in told them I had a pick up order. Said 4 minutes, I waited 15 still nothing. Never called my name so I walked up and asked again and it was sitting on top of the fryer heat lamp the whole time. Thanks. Wont be back….not worth 50 bucks for that type of service

Five burgers and a hamburger is something else, when I’m in Kansas city or Eric five guys remind me of In n out in Cali. Five guys have a healthy burger and I like it plus the hot sauce it’s something else and the people working here are nice, lovely and friendly, hope to go back in two days

The food? Out of this world. Classic Five Guys excellence: juicy, flavorful burgers, crispy fries made just right, and everything served hot, fresh, and fast. The atmosphere was full of joy—the staff were not only efficient but genuinely happy to be there, creating such a welcoming and uplifting vibe that I haven’t seen or felt in a fast food restaurant in such a long time. You could feel the good energy the second you walked in.
But what truly sets this experience apart happened after I left. I was traveling through Pennsylvania and accidentally left my purse at the restaurant. I didn’t even realize until I was back home in Canada. I panicked, expecting the worst—but then came the angelic manager – Jill – at that Five Guys location.
She not only found my purse and reached out, but went so far as to personally package and ship it to me internationally — completely free of charge, insisting to pay for it herself!!! And that’s not all —she EVEN included a Five Guys gift card in the package, just to turn a stressful situation into something truly uplifting!
When the package took longer than expected in the mail, she didn’t just shrug it off—she followed up with genuine concern, checked in with the postal office herself, and made sure I was kept in the loop every step of the way. Talk about going above and beyond!!
In a world where customer service is often rushed or impersonal, this Five Guys team (and that phenomenal manager) showed what true care, integrity, and kindness look like. I’ve NEVER felt SO valued as a customer. My husband and I will be telling everyone of this truly amazing experience at the Peach St. Five Guys’ for years to come — and you can bet we’ll be back again and again!
This Five Guys deserves much more than just Five stars. Thank you for everything!

Always pricy but good. Haven’t been in awhile. Think they changed up the fries since I went last. Thought they wwee fresh cut fries and they were not this last time.

This is top notch fast food, while I was there I ordered a bacon cheese burger, medium fries which was enough to feed 3 people, and a peanut butter milkshake with whipped cream. This was all amazing, true to Five Guys quality standards. I was a very happy camper.

You can consistently rely on Five Guys to deliver the same experience regardless of the location. This visit inparticular I was served by Christoper K. who provided adequate service. Huge french fry portions and delicious burger patty. I was also very impressed with the Coca Cola Solo machine which enabled all the rare soda flavors. Would visit again.
