I had the pleasure of visiting Carpaccio’s Restaurant in Niagara Falls over the Easter weekend while spending time with family. Knowing my love for Italian food, they brought me here—and wow, what a fantastic choice!
From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the manager, Danny, whose friendly, bubbly personality instantly set the tone for a great experience. He made us feel truly welcomed and genuinely wanted our visit to be memorable—and he did not disappoint!
Danny seated us and took our drink orders, and shortly after, our wonderful server arrived with our beverages and details on the daily specials (which all sounded amazing). We decided to share a few appetizers as our meal and ordered the charcuterie board, fried calamari, and arancini (crispy risotto balls)—and let me just say, everything was phenomenal. Each dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented.
Beyond the delicious food, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was equally impressive—relaxing, stylish, and welcoming. This was hands down one of the best Italian dining experiences I’ve had.
Kudos to the entire team at Carpaccio’s—keep doing what you’re doing. Superb all around!

An excellent visit and a new tradition for our annual work trip. We ordered the bruschetta, salmon, and the chocolate truffle dessert. We also had some of the Chateau des Charmed Sauv Blanc. This was one of the best meals I have had in a long time. Bruschetta was extremely fresh, veggies were grilled and seasoned perfectly, salmon was met-in-your-mouth delicious. Looking forward to coming back again. We were served by Hudson who was extremely friendly, attentive, and also gave us adequate space. I dug in before I could get a picture.

My partner and I decided to try Carpaccio for the first time, when we visit Niagara we always pass it. The food was absolutely insane, we inhaled it because of how amazing it is. The waitress Lisa was so sweet, the General Manager Joe came to introduce himself and chat with us after our meal. We saw him check all the food coming out, the detail was amazing. As Italians, it can be hard to find an authentic place and this was it! This is going to be our spot everytime we come to niagara.

Had a great dinner in Carpaccio Restaurant! Requested something that wasn’t in the menu and chef prepared it for us!
Seafood risotto was delicious as well as crème brulee!
My highest recommendation from Nova Scotia! Definitely will come back if will visit Niagara Falls again!

Well worth the visit for delicious food and outstanding service. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and modern. Highly recommend the bacon wrapped tenderloin and the duck confit pappardelle. High praise for authentic Italian cuisine. Chef’s daily specials are amazing.

Lived here for four years and finally came to try Carpaccio. Shame on us. We had a lovely dinner served by a wonderful person who made great recommendations and was a terrific ambassador. My husband had the lasagna which was a generous portion and “delicious”, he said. I had the Bacon-wrapped, Goat Cheese and Spinach Stuffed Pork Tenderloin with Mushroom Gnocchi. The seasonal veg was grilled Zucchini and Carrots. OMG The meat melted in my mouth and the sides were the perfect taste compliments to the main. Beyond delicious! There was enough food that I took home an equally generous portion to enjoy the flavours again on Saturday! Excellent mix of textures with creaminess and seasonings. Thank you so much! We will definitely return!

We are a party of 9, celebrating my baby brother’s 20th birthday. We made a reservation and we were put in a separate room from the diningroom but had a random party of 6 directly behind us, so close that I could have put my hands on the table from my seat; less than private or personal.
The waiter was an older gentleman and he was seen speaking with multiple servers, giving the impression that he may be a manager or possibly owner.
He was very casual which was not the energy needed or expected for the atmosphere or the prices!
It felt like he did not want to serve us or come to check on us often because he gave us a single serving of bread for the table, never replenished; he left water bottles on the table and filled our glasses maybe once in 2 hours.
He did 1 table check, asking if we were enjoying our food but again, very casual and rushed. Nothing about the reservation felt watched over or really important to the server.
Food came out after 40 min and the server blamed the birthday boy because he get the pork tenderloin…
I had the Amore “Amedeo” which sounded appealing but was quite underwhelming but a good portion size for the price.
The server was the most attentive when it was time to pay but was gone as soon as the last card was swiped.
Ultimately, due to the service, we probably wouldn’t return for a larger reservation but maybe for an easy casual dinner but the prices are a deterrent as well, so probably not returning.
