We truly enjoyed our meal at Tolon. The cheese fondue was rich and comforting, the mushroom risotto was beautifully done, and the chocolate cake was absolutely spot on, one of those desserts you keep thinking about after you leave. You can really feel the care Tolon puts into its food and its commitment to supporting local suppliers, which gives the restaurant such an authentic local vibe. Above all, what made the night exceptional was our server, Christian. He knew the menu inside and out, offered thoughtful, spot-on recommendations, and brought a warmth and confidence that perfectly matched Tolon’s atmosphere. He has the ideal vibe for the restaurant and genuinely elevated the entire experience, it felt like a match made in heaven. The only reason I’d rate it a 4.5 instead of a full 5 is that the dishes leaned saltier than my personal preference, including my husband’s ribeye. That said, the overall experience was wonderful, and we’d absolutely come back.

The pork belly went surprisingly well with the waffles. I had the scallops which I highly recommend trying before the off season them from the menu. My coworker had the ribeye and o can say it will be hard not to order next time. I would have liked a little more salt but I am a heavy salt guy. Can’t wait to go back again. One of my new favorite places

Absolutely amazing! The food, drinks, and service were all fantastic. We had the crispy pork belly as an app (the best!), the ribeye, and the creole salmon for entrees, both so well done! Everything was insanely delicious.

We have tried to go to this restaurant for weeks! Finally was able to get reservations last night! Our waitress was wonderful, shared our story with the owner and she is from Rochester so she came out and chatted with us! Farm to table with first class customer service!

Wow! Had a STELLAR experience at Tolon from the moment we stepped inside. Fantastic service, incredible food and a completely solid vibe across the board. No idea if the crispy pork belly with cornbread waffle is a menu staple, but we’d travel across the country to have it again. That said? Every. Single. Dish. Was phenomenal. Our only regret was not making room for dessert.

Best meal I’ve ever had. Ribeye was spot on, trimmed and cooked perfectly. Whatever that popcorn dessert is ….GET IT!! By far, a carnival in your mouth. Perfect portions, cooks work right in clear view. Local owner, local food. Downtown is building up, better eat there now before everyone in this town finds out about it.

We wandered in here without having done any research and nothing… we had meant to eat across the street and they were unexpectedly closed.
I am very glad we could afford their menu given that it’s definitely on the higher end. Ha
But this is a great place to celebrate something.
Excellent farm to table food. The ambiance is VERY relaxed… it’s great. They don’t seem to be offended if you walk in with casual clothes… but you may want consider not wearing a hoodie. (Like I was wearing… again… we didn’t originally plan on going here. )
Christian served us and he was very pleasant and easy going. No issues at all.
We both got the ribeye… we were super hungry.
While I absolutely couldn’t finish it, I want to note that the restaurant should probably sharpen their knives. The part of the ribeye that I took home cut like butter with my knives, while I struggled a bit at the restaurant.
A very pleasant experience and we will return.
