We ordered through the app @1040am. Breakfast items, order was accepted, received our code. A long slow line didn’t get me to the kiosk until 11:01. When I stated the code, I was told that they don’t serve Breakfast after 11am. My wife called when I got home without the food. Manager was rude, short tempered and hung up. This McDonald’s has permanently lost our business.

This is got to be the worst McDonald’s in history. I live across the street and they never get it right. I have to go to the further McDonald’s on Carlton. I ordered sausage egg, and cheese McMuffin. I got the sausage and cheese but no egg. I’m done when I called back to tell him. He said no that’s the way they come so for anybody who wants to go to this McDonald’s go the extra few blocks because this one is terrible. They can’t even get french fries right

I used the kiosk to order and took advantage of the 2 for1 deal on egg mcmuffin and ordered 2 has browns. Got no receipt from kiosk – standard at all booked franchises. Order delivered to the table with 1 egg mcmuffin and 1 hash brown. When I complained the server grunted and pointed to the sticked on the trat where the left hand side had been cut off so quantities were shown. A grunt, a wave of his hand and walked away all but flipping me off. Because I don’t speak Spanish there was no talking to the manager. AVOID THIS MCDONALDS, there are others near by.

The manager at this McDonald’s is the poorest representation for the this company. Such lack of professionalism and overall customer service. Would not give us our orders and forced us to go through a 20+ person drive thru line multiple times in order to receive our orders. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Whoever is in charge needs to look into this staff and teach them how to treat customers. You should just give people what they paid for, not slam the drive thru window closed in their faces with an attitude. As the manager? Unacceptable. Do better.

I pulled in, 2 cars in Drive Thru. Nice Speaking Young Woman as The Cashier. A New Manager I See for Which this McDonald’s has needed. My Breakfast with Pancakes and Sausage was DELICIOUS!!!! Sweet Ice Tea was on Point. Thanks Well Done !!!

Just left McDonald’s on Port Road, got Oreo Mcflurry and it was only about 1/2 full. The rest of my order was great, but seriously a giant hole in the middle and an inch from the top from being full! Not nice McDonald’s, not nice at all! Bit hard to tell from photos how deep the hole goes down, but can tell from second photo how far from the top it is from being filled

I went through the drive thru around 3:10 pm today and ordered 4-C deluxe mcCrispy large come and large fries when I went to the window the associate gave me medium coke I told her but my order if large coke then another associate comes to ask me of it’s mobil order and I said no I order it in the drive thru deluxe mcCrispy large fries large coke then I opened the box and this what I got. I paid for deluxe and got this!!!! And I was already on the 81N so going back to the store was not an option.

I got a big breakfast with hotcakes and I ordered through the mobile app. I wasn’t upset about how they messed it up. Because the Manager said he would replace it. More like when I got there I got disrespected by a Hispanic guy working there telling me he didn’t get it wrong. And that I was wrong. And ordered steak and next time to order the right thing. I showed him my order on the app then his mood got even worse like he couldn’t accept the fact that he was wrong.
