Every time I stop here I’m asked to pull up and wait. Literally ordered 2 burgers and 4 chicken tendors. Was told after paying it would be a pull up and wait 6 min for the chicken. When I got upset and asked for my burgers, I was told oh well we need more time for the burgers too. NO cars behind me. One truck already paid and was waiting in front of us. And one car had gotten their food amd left right away. Don’t stop here if you’re actually hungry and in a rush. Maybe give people a heads up if you’re just gonna make them wait … which was longer then 6 min of course.

This Wendy’s was clean as I walked inside. The service was fast, and this place was fully staffed. The cashier was friendly, professional, and she was cute too. She was quick to take my order, but most of all, I got my food fast, and it was still hot. This location is next to a truck stop. Hopefully they will still be consistent the next time I’m there.

The drive-thru service here is consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as rude and dismissive, with little effort to be welcoming. I rarely hear a simple “welcome” or “thank you,” and most of the time the window is shut on my face abruptly before I can even ask for anything else. The food is the only reason I still come, because the customer service is far from pleasant.

Glad to find Wendy’s right off the highway 99. It was breakfast time. The coffee had a good taste and those seasoned potatoes are oh so good. The employees were polite and even double checked our bags for us.

I honestly only order their biscuits and gravy. I’ve been to sooo many different restaurants and no one has beat Wendy’s! Best flavor ever! Now I would’ve given it 5 stars if they weren’t so stingy with their gravy. Come on Wendy’s, we’re here for the sauce. We want our biscuits wet and we want to dip our fries, all in the same gravy. Help a fatty out!

I’d like to point out first off how polite and friendly the workers are here. We might stop in every 6 months. But they are always polite. The restrooms are always clean. The facility is clean. Today we witnessed a gal walking around the parking lot with her headset on and a clipboard in one hand picking up trash with the other. It’s hard to find good workers that actually do their job, but these ladies go above and beyond other places! They deserve their $20 an hr pay!
The food is always good and of course the best strawberry lemonade.

I got my nephew the chicken sandwich 4×4 combo. The guy asked if I wanted a sauce for his nuggets I said yes BBQ. They didn’t put any BBQ or ketchup no napkins. NOTHING! And when he opens the sandwich he refused to eat it. He said it looked weird. I thought he was over reacting so I took a bite of it and the chicken was super dry and hard.
