I’m crazy about frozen custard. I can’t believe it hasn’t taken off in Canada yet? We always stop at a Culvers when we’re in the states so I can get my fix. The restaurant is very clean and family friendly. They have a daily frozen custard special that’s super good value! There’s loads of parking around the building. They have smash burgers and they are deadly! I got a double cheeseburger and my mother in law got a triple! Hahaha I highly recommend them. They bring the food right to your table if you dine in. The atmosphere is kid and family friendly.

Order was supposed to be ready at 9:33. Pulled up to curbside at 9:33. Watched a car pull up to the drive thru 10 minutes after we got here and they got our food before us. Pressed im here on the app and text message. It’s been 20 minutes now and have to go inside to get our curbside food
Update they had our food sitting there cold for 20 minutes and forgot our fries and pretzel bites. Shoutout to the one fry at the bottom of the bag though

Their burgers and chicken are great and top tier and I would recommend them any time, but skip the custard. It’s delicious but they only fill the bowls half way at most and still charge over $3.50 for a single scoop. If you want more bang for your ice cream buck go to a local place over this one. 4 half full single scoop flavors of the day cost me almost $20.

Service is always friendly. but SLOWEST culvers ever. I wait in the drive through line for 30+ minutes for a single scoop of the flavor of the day and a concrete mixer. This has happened to me multiple times coming here.

Lots room in the seating area. Lots of room in the parking lot. Nice lit drive through. Easy access for people with disabilities. Booths, single table and family size booths. My table was dirty. Nobody came around to clean. I ordered online from my seat.
My root beer float came without my meal. One of team members said they didn’t know where my food was. The cover of my root beer float was covered with frozen custard. That should have been wiped off before serving it to a customer.
My onion rings and fries had too much salt dumped on them. My pub burger looked like it was sitting around, not fresh.
I tried the salted caramel pumpkin frozen concrete. It was good.
There were lots of families with kids having fun. Some teenagers were being silly.
Bathroom was clean.
I received a code for free French fries. I came for the free fries. I probably won’t be back to this Culver’s. There’s no place like your hometown Culver’s.

Ordered a medium concrete with peanut butter cup and caramel. The top half was very tasty! But when I got halfway down it was nothing but vanilla custard! No peanut butter cup, no caramel! I don’t like their vanilla custard it is way too sweet. So I ended up throwing half of it away.

Love this place but recently have noticed NO Napkins in the bag. I come at least 2 twice a week and have been using the bag as a napkin. Not ideal so please management remind the team to include napkins. Thanks!
