Not a great experience. There were four people working. The line was decently long, but could have been easily worked through, but was not rushed. The guy working the line was working hard and at a great pace (and the reason for the 2 stars instead of zero). One person was doing what appeared to be inventory and phone checking behind the side wall and doing their best to not meet the eyes of any customer. The one guy was getting ice, cashing ppl out, changing trash bags, he also grabbed some backup sour cream (after hearing the line guy scraping for his life the last of the sour cream) and 2 other misc food items on the line for customers. He did not wash his hands once. (Thankfully he did not touch my food). When he wasn’t physically doing any of that, he would look at the line and walk away. The other individual tidied up the secondary line and then appeared to hide.
I do not recommend the newer version quesadilla- it’s just a heated pressed burrito. The chips were burnt.
The husband enjoyed their carne asada burrito bowl.
We both enjoyed the new sauce. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Ordered three entrees to go with two sides of guacamole. All the entrees contained pinto beans and were so salty rendering them inedible. Fine I said, let’s eat some chips with guacamole instead. Mistake!! Both guacamole had actual chunks of avocado skin in it and big chunks of hard raw avocado fruit. And?? You guessed it, someone dropped a salt shaker in it as well. Why is Chipotle so inconsistent on quality across their locations. Someday I go there and it seems like they didn’t salt/season the beans, or the chickens too spicy etc. I basically waisted almost $30 on dinner for food I ended throwing away! Still hungry and now pissed off!! Do better, please!

Unfortunately, not coming here anymore. The service had gone down. Not clean at all!!! At all!!! Out of so many items. Ordered chips and salsa and was told I can’t order it although it was visibly in sight. Said it was only for online orders. The staff was on their phones more than engaging with customers.
The service has definitely gone down over the years.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed
with this location.
I’ve spent a lot of money here over the years, but that stops tonight.

Ordered for carry out. 6:00 pm. Brown rice was virtually empty, took white. Carne asada has decent flavor but the meat was tough, hard to chew, and cut into pieces that had to cut at least in half. Servers were simply not trained. Worst meal that I e had from this store in 3 years.

I am so fed up with this Arby’s we will never ever ever go here again. This is the second time we’ve been there and they had absolutely no vegetables to go on your burrito or on your rice. I am filing a complaint with yelp Google and Facebook and I sure as heck hope that they go under.

Update: burritos have been huge recently…. If you order in person . The online order burritos are half the size . The service has also been terrible. I had to wait 30 minutes last time I was there because there was one person making food. I placed an online order this time, and still had to wait 20 minutes past my pick up time. I thought this place had fixed itself, but I guess I got lucky the first couple times back. I am done here for a while again.
Chipotle has gone downhill. Every time I go they are out of something. My last visit, they were out of chicken, white rice, and chips. My previous visit, they were also out of chips, so I thought I would take a trip up to the Sunbury location to get some, they were also out. They also can’t seem to roll a good burrito these days either, as you can see in the picture. I’m no longer going to eat at Chipotle

Ran out of steak after we waited in line for 15 minutes and as soon as we were next they were out of steak, chicken , cheese and lettuce. They are open for 2 more hours and they refused to make more food. That’s absolutely insane and we will not be back. Mind you, I was carrying a baby while waiting in line. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

I literally only got 4 bites of barbacoa in my order, I don’t expect a massive amount when I don’t order extra, but I at least expect to get a full meal. I paid 14 buck for 4 bites of barbacoa. This isn’t the first time either, just the most egregious.

Food is somewhat hit or miss. We usually get chicken and the salt level varies widely, so if you are concerned about sodium, beware. As you’re going through the line to build your bowl it is very much dependent on who is working the line with some scraping the bottom of pans instead of getting fresh ingredy. Also, many times the counter they are using to add ingredients is very full of spilled food, resulting in the bowl being all messy on the bottom.
