This place really need to get it together. The food is never hot and the customer service is terrible. I asked for a remake and I was given the same bag two minutes later. Then I told the manager that eventhough my order was not remade can I at least get fresh fries to which she snatched my fries with an attitude. Not to mention when I asked for a refund the worker felt the need to give me his unasked for two cents. Would give zero stars if possible.

My experience here was bad. I got old fries that’s been sitting up hard chicken nuggets. Every time I come here it’s a problem. I asked them to remake my food. They told me that they couldn’t. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. I told them no salt on fries all my fries have salt, bad customer service and bad food. I do not recommend anyone to go here ever. And do not go late night through drive-through they’re gonna give you anything and say it’s fresh even when you’re looking at it

Service use to be better. With the new ordering process, seems service just went down the hill. Customer’s orders were all over the place. The ordering machine did not print receipt so it was hard to remember order numbers. People waited a long time for their orders including ourselves. Maybe It’s best to just go through the drive through instead of trying to order online or at their kiosk inside but we won’t know because we definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Staff nice but ridiculously slow. I don’t think I’ve ordered here once and not been asked to pull to the curb, even when business is slow – and when it’s busy? Forget it. I waited 20 minutes after ordering at this location before, granted it was Halloween night. It would be one thing if I made custom orders, but I almost always order food that should be ready in hot trays.

Point-of-sale staff need retraining on McDonald’s CoC as well, including managers. I don’t think I’ve been told “Thank you” once at this location.

Went at 830 am to get basic breakfast order. Went through drive thru, paid and went to second window and was told hashbtowns would be 2 minutes and to wait out front. I have been there several times and usually have to wait out in front because something wasn’t ready while the next 6 people get their food before me. I didn’t move this time. I was told if I didn’t move this would be the last time they would service me. I didn’t move but I agree, I won’t go back.

This place is the worse. I’ve always accepted waiting here to get fresher food. Lately ive been waiting longer and longer, today I waited 40 minutes in curbside only to see my food sitting behind the counter. I go to complain to an employee and I get the “it is what it is” comment. And the fact that you HAVE to use the kiosk or app is kinda crazy. DO NOT COME HERE TERRIBLE SERVICE

experience was so bad like i am eat 2 to 3 meal everday i got 20 thousand points in my mcdonald app amd my friends always eat mcdonald we spend alot of dollars but now we are think to stop eating at mcd see when we got 40dollar food from mcdonald how much packets of sauces we need they give 2 ketcup and 2 hot picante i always pay for ketcups i know they charge but give some more today i m hungry at 10:00 am and i think i buy food from mcdonadl amd use restroom staff said is out of order and i will take my food and go and i call to store and ask why you didnt put sign if it is not working she said not working thankou have a good day and disnconect the call

Every single time I come in I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what but it’s nearly impossible to get any personal service at the counter at all. We do some work every Sunday in the area and I usually stop in to use the restroom and get an iced coffee maybe food. You have to ask them to open the restroom so I’m usually standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes before my fiance speaks up and grabs a passing worker. There’s maybe 3 people back there and they avoid eye contact with you at all costs. Usually when you do get their attention they’re rude. Every time I try to order a sausage mcgriddle (the one with only meat and bread) they try to give me one with egg and cheese and look at me like I have 3 heads for even mentioning that I wanted the simple option. Like they don’t even carry it? Ugh. We’re finding a new place in the area to go because I just can’t take it anymore.

Roaches and bad staff. Been having problems here with staff not letting me use the restroom, even though I purchase items each time I’m there while my daughter goes to the college in the parking lot. I usually go through drive thru because they are faster. I walked in was going to order for my baby. The lady who usually ignores me kept ignoring me for almost 2 minutes. Roaches where on the floor and the counter. I stepped on the one on the floor asked to use the restroom and the lady rolled her eyes at me. I left and didn’t purchase anything. Will never return
