I had a fantastic experience at Carl’s Jr in Lehi! The staff were incredibly helpful, efficient, and friendly. They made my visit smooth and enjoyable from the moment I walked in. The service was quick, and the team went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I expected. I came in while the drive through was super busy. The only guy working the counter, Kevin, was pretty much running to keep on top of the customers inside and the drive through. He was even wiping down tables. He was helpful, professional and despite them being short staffed he got us our food quickly. Good experience

I hadn’t been to Carl’s Jr. in a long time, but I thought I’d give it a go today. In the drive-through I explicitly stated multiple times that I do not want any mayonnaise on my sandwich after I got the food I checked the package and noticed that it was covered in mayonnaise. I understand mistakes happen but I don’t appreciate the cashier making me feel like it is my fault and seems super annoyed that I wanted to get my order right. This makes me question whether I can go back to Carl’s Jr. again.

We were the only car in the line and waited 18 mins for our food, it was crazy. No apology or explanation when we received it. Then, it as all shoved in one bag, which totally ruined our fried zucchini; it was smashed. And also there were barely any criss cut fries in our LARGE size order. Very poor experience. I tried reaching out to the contact on their window first but she never responded. Disappointing. Too expensive for this level of quality.

After various years of not eating Carls Jr I decided to give it another try. Cleanest Carls Jr I’ve ever experienced both indoor dining area and restroom. Food was very good and service was quick. Shout out to Kevin. He was attentive and welcoming.

The Lehi Carls Jr is truly a gem.
My son literally loves it so much and so do I! We come here at least once a week. And everytime we come it’s an awesome experience. The food is always great. But the thing that really sets this place apart is the incredible staff that works here. They are ALWAYS so kind and helpful. They go the extra mile to make our experience a positive one. We have gone in and have used the drive through and no matter the method the service remains the same.
Also the vibe. It’s perfect. It’s everything I want and need it to be.
We love it. You’ll love it.
We get the star chicken nuggets and a hamburger.
I recommend their shakes and their jalapeño poppers! They are so good. Oh and let’s not forget their breakfast. It’s amazing.

The service inside is super nice. They keep it super clean. The food is actually super good. Changed how I viewed carls Jr franchises as a whole. No playground sorry kiddos. But the meat tastes good. Some good limited time deal combos all the time. Great priced. It’s better quality than mcdonald’s but arround the same price almost exactly.
They have my favorite French toast sticks. The people are friendly. Music is upbeat. Everybody is chilling. I love the enthusiasm. I don’t know much about the drive thru. But this is my favorite hang out spot to wait to go to work. Super fast food. The milk shakes are super creamy.

I don’t know what you call these, but I wouldn’t say stars. (My husband suggested chicken feet which is equal parts funny and disturbing). The drive -thru ordering process was difficult and took a long time even though there was only one person ahead of me. It was around 2:30pm, not a particularly busy time. Also seems like a rip that you have to pay for fry sauce. I’ve gotten chicken stars at this location before (quite awhile ago) and no issues, so I don’t know what’s going on now .
