Delicious brisket and rib ends! I’m sorry i started eating the rib ends and realized i shoulda taken a before picture, so what you see is what’s left, but i promise they were meaty. The brisket was tender and with the mild sauce, gone in a few minutes. The sides pictured are greens, beans, and mac and cheese. Oh, and all this was $20! Highly recommend.

Really wishing was better. It’s kinda fallen off over tge past 10 years. Brisket was dry and you can tell it was several days old. Ribs were super greasy and fatty. Over done or have been kept too long and mushy. Sausage was great. Beans were super basic but good.

Friends have been telling us about this place for awhile now so we finally made it in. Ribs were really good and the sides were tasty. Loved the friendly service and the banter between the guys on the chopping board.

Lucious rib sandwich with plenty of smoke. Big and juicy rubs. Super tasty sauces, especially the hot one. Sides were good as well. Friendly place, too!

Even though I got there within minutes of them opening, I was still 10th in line. They are a hopping place! The food is great and the people are mostly friendly. But I can’t stress enough the importance of checking your order before you leave. I witnessed several people who had messed up orders and I checked to make sure I had my dinner and my cobbler. However, it wasn’t until I got back to work to eat it that I realized they gave me pineapple cobbler instead of peach. It was okay but not great and the peach cobbler is really good. So I wish I had gotten what I ordered. There is a (mostly) fun banter behind the counter with the people who prepare your food but sometimes they can get hateful with each other and it’s awkward. I’ll still go back, I will just be extra diligent in checking it.

Best BBQ in OKC!! Gem off the beaten path!! Sooooo good! I had the chicken sandwich and it was the best smoked chicken I’ve even eaten! So tender and good! Huge portions! Prices can’t be beat. No fried foods! We tried the mixed greens, baked beans & coleslaw and I’d recommended it all! And the fantastic, friendly service was icing on the cake!

Great food. Friendly staff. And phenomenal prices. You can get great BBQ in the city for less than 20 and it always hits. My fav is the bologna dinner. With two sides I usually have some left over for a late afternoon snack. Get here early because the lunch line can be long.

Picked up the three meat platter. Got the brisket ribs and smoked sausage with the mac and green beans. Absolutely delicious! Definitely will be back especially being that it’s right down the street from the house bad news for any kind of diet plan I have

Born and raised in Texas, trust me, I know, barbecue. I give George’s a solid 10 !!!! Just moved into the neighborhood about a month ago and decided to check it out today. Definitely my new favorite spot to go. The food is phenomenal !! Tender and juicy, very well seasoned at a very reasonable price !! I ordered the two meat dinner combo with mixed greens, cornbread and baked beans and then went back for a slice of German chocolate cake. Damn well worth the money good place for a date or just to grab lunch for yourself or with some friends and family. I highly recommend, this fantastic barbecue joint !!

Let’s start this off with staff. The person taking our order was average or below enthusiastic about our visit to their establishment. Very direct and just what can I get ya. No thanks for coming here to. No welcome to my house kinda vibe. Whatever, I decided to let that go and order anyway! I should have just said never mind and went elsewhere! I ordered ribs and sausage. I am okay with competition style ribs but, I would say that McDonald’s McRib was more tender than what they were serving up. The sausage was just okay/mediocre. I would say the best part about my meal was the mixed greens and the Green Beans. Dang! Them greens are good! Maybe this place should rename themselves for world famous BBQ GREENS! I wouldn’t come back to this place to eat if, they gave a buffet!
