I ordered the ultimate meat, breakfast burrito combo and let me tell you. It was definitely one of the worst meals I’ve ever had in my entire life. The burrito was so small it looked like a junior. It didn’t even have barely anything in it, and the tortilla was so hard and definitely was old and even the tater tots felt like they were old. I’ve had numerous items from sonic before and never had an issue so I figured I’d try their breakfast. That will be the one and only time I ever order breakfast from there. Not happy at all with the quality of the food I received.

Grilled cheese dbl burger & fries, definitely wasn’t what I expected, I was reluctant to order because I assumed it would be to cheesy but instead was kinda dry and it’s amazing how much they stretch the meat for these burgers. Almost paper thin patties. But you get wat you paid for, I shouldn’t expect more after all $3.99 for burger and fries.

I will never return here again. I had a bad experience last year when we ordered milkshakes on the app and had an extremely long wait… so a year later we gave it another try. We checked in this evening at 9:58pm. Order was said to be ready 9:56. I’m patient, so we waited 10 minutes. I then asked my husband to press the red button and the worker said ” oh we closed” . After telling him we already ordered through the app and he asked for my name and said ” oh we don’t have no order with that name, you gotta go through the drive through”. The drive through line was super long, so I called and said it’s not fair for us to have to wait in a long line when we pre-ordered milkshakes. He then said “oh, I’m sorry about the long line but I don’t have your order…” ( my name was on the screen) “oh… I found your order pull to the handicapped spot and it will be right out”. 20 more minutes (30 total) still nothing. I called and asked for the manager “this me.. oh you the one I told to sit down.. I mean pull around. I said no I actually spoke to a male”. She then came outside upset and with a frustrated tone saying “it’s only 2 of us… we trying.. I got my kids here… they ain’t train me to give a refund. We making your order but other orders coming through so we might have missed your order”. My husband told her to calm down.. we just want to get what we paid for, we have our kids in the car too and its going on 40 minuyes now… Long story… but yes… we finally got our shakes and guess what….. they were not full and INCORRECT. I contacted corporate for a refund. I will never return again. It’s not worth it. PLEASE TRAIN THE MANAGERS PROPERLY AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE. THEY SHOULDNT BE STRESSED LIKE THIS.

The staff was playing around while I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes at the window. While was waiting for my food they were all standing around laughing joking. The fries were old and cold. The jumbo popcorn chicken was semi warm. The bacon was burnt, it looked like it was something from behind the grill. I called to complain and asked for the manager. The girl that answered named Omani she said she was sorry and she asked if I wand to speak to the owner, I advised I would so she set down the phone, I heard her talking to someone and they were joking about why I was calling. Then when she came back to the phone and she said he had left for the day I asked for his number. Another lady came to the line claiming to be the manager And I was given a phone number for the owner but when I called it sounded like the manager I spoke first called compain. I feel like it wasn’t the owner so I decided to take my complaint here in hope to speak to someone that I could talk to.. The black stuff is bacon. I want to speak to the owner. I love sonic but this is nothing like the down the road by lowes. I am so disappointed. Next stop is corporate.

I like the Sonic up on Little Creek road by the Hardee’s over there.. I like the Thursday specials where they got the footlong Coney Island Hot dogs you get buy one and get one free or either you get it at $1.69 I like that other than that to me the two pricey!!!

Don’t bother with this restaurant. I ordered a large onion ring and they gave me 5 rings, didn’t even fill the bag halfway. Waste of my money and I will not be eating here again.

I typically come for the specials only because they have a lot of good deals such as $1 chili dogs and $.50 corn dogs. Also, after 8pm they have 1/2 price drinks which is pretty great for milkshake lovers. I have never been drastically disappointed with this location despite the fact that I frequent it.
