The past few times our order has been wrong (receiving the wrong items, not receiving everything,) and now tonight we ordered a 10 piece nugget that literally only had 5 nuggets in it. Don’t know if one of the workers put their own dinner in my order or what.

The food was exactly how I ordered and beyond. Was so delicious.
The service was phenomenal! I mean phenomenal. I was haveing troubles with the kias.. Thank you Karissa for takeing my order at the counter.
The atmosphere in this establishment is bubbly and cheerful. Lots of laughter amongst crew. The time it took from order to eating was absolutly slow wait.

I’ve been biking here for 3 years, everyone there knows who i am, Awesome people, awesome food, awesome service, barely ever slow, once in a while they’d be like a tad bit slow, i love this place!!!

Getting staff attention is difficult
It looks good but isn’t customer friendly.
The food was sloppy at best.
We just didn’t feel like we were at McDonald’s too be honest with you. It did not live up to it’s name.

Been going to YOUR McDonald’s for almost 30 years, my kids worked there, my neighbors kids too. It’s gone down hill the last few years. This is just one of many bad experiences. Service is painfully slow. On my last visit (today) every car behind me, 4 of them, we’re told to pull over to wait for their food. I was as well. 2 customers that ordered well after me were served their orders before me. Utterly ridiculous that your manager can’t manage. The worker that brought my food didn’t even know what a value meal was because it wasn’t printed on the receipt as such. I can no longer spend my time or money at your store in order to retain my self respect. You were once great! Sad to say you are sub-par at best these days.

Ordered at kiosk. Table servìce. Order was fairly slow to arrive. Restaurant was not busy. No drink arrived with the meal I ordered even though I ordered a large drink. Staff member who brought the order apologized and got me a cup. Served myself at pop station.
Went to get ketchup and salt. Ketchup dispensers not operational. No signage or anything says out of order. Went to counter, waited for cashier to be done with another customer. Asked for salt and ketchup. Received pepper and ketchup packets.
At this point my fries were no longer hot unfortunately.
3 stars for friendly service and clean restaurant. Rest needs some work.

Horrible customer service. The burger wasn’t cooked all the way ketchup all of the bag. Ask for something special couldn’t follow that. Sad in my young years I worked for McDonald’s and now kids can’t do anything right on the line. Very hostile as well

Please tell me you’re not really looking at this review in order to make your decision on whether or not to get McDonald’s that’s exactly the same everywhere you go the food is usually incorrect 80% of the time and it’s freaking McDonald’s why would you need a review of McDonald’s everybody knows all about McDonald’s I can’t just sit around and think that people really need these reviews
