Just want to give a shout out to the friendly and helpful staff!! I ordered an online order and went to pick up myself, the hostess greeted me promptly and was super friendly, making sure I had everything I needed for the meal.
When I got home, I found one burger well made and delicious, but another had a lot of pink where I ordered no pink. I called the store and the manager offered a refund for the item right away, which I also got an email about it soon after. I really appreciate her help!!
Will return to this Red Robin for the awesome staff!

My wife and I dined at this Red Robin location today and had one of the most uncomfortable restaurant experiences we’ve ever had.
My wife ordered a salad and specifically asked the server what came on it. He did not list all of the ingredients, so when it arrived with items she wasn’t expecting (and didn’t want), they were already mixed in. We calmly explained the situation and simply asked if it could be remade. We were not upset, not rude, and not demanding — just asking for it to be corrected.
The server was polite and said it was no problem.
What happened next was shocking.
A manager came out with the replacement salad and immediately began making sarcastic remarks. He stated that he had added extra of the items my wife didn’t want. He continued speaking in a condescending and mocking tone. What should have been a quick correction turned into a prolonged and uncomfortable interaction where he repeatedly insulted both my wife and me.
We were not complaining about the restaurant — we were simply correcting a mistaken order.
To make matters worse, the salad itself contained brown, wilted lettuce that appeared old and on the verge of going bad. When I mentioned this, the manager did not apologize or offer to adjust the bill. He only offered to bring another one — which, after being openly insulted by him, we declined. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable accepting food handled under those circumstances.
We paid our bill and left feeling disrespected and genuinely stunned that someone identifying himself as a manager would treat paying customers this way.
The server was kind and professional. Management, however, was the exact opposite.
Customer service starts at the top. If this is how management treats guests over a simple salad remake, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. We will not be returning.

Well, burger and drinks were good. I had to pay extra for the bottomless fries I ordered, and they were not good, and were a bit cold. Service was VERY slow. 15 minutes to make a margarita?? On top of that I requested no mayo or lettuce on my burger, but add tomatoes….and it came with just tomatoes! That was not what I meant! So back in the kitchen it went where I waited a VERY LONG TIME for the new burger. In all I was there for over two hours. The food is expensive too. Yes the burgers are good, but so are other places that don’t charge this much. I’m sure glad this was paid for with a gift card.

I picked the food up as soon as it was ready. One burger was cold with a less than 10 min drive back amd the glute free bun was mush. The bottom of the bag had oily grease in it and on the ketchup packets and one of the upgrades to garlic fries for extra $ was just regular.

We come here every year for our birthday burgers (both our birthdays are in October) and look forward to it. I am low-carb, and it’s so easy to order any burger with no bun sub broccoli or a salad for the side.
This year, I got a classic Bloody Mary to start. The BM mix is pretty good. I added ground pepper for more of a kick. Then I ordered the monster burger (2 patties!) with pepper jack cheese and no bun, broccoli for the side, and a side of bacon cheese fondue to dip my broccoli in. I forgot to take a picture before I dove in, so there are some bites missing, and we ate half the cheese fondue already
Service was good, and the atmosphere was chill for a Friday lunch.

Red Robin always seems to have good burgers at a decent price. And the location here has a nice view of the lake. The gluten free buns are also very high quality compared to other restaurants.

Just had lunch there with my son today. My son had the pepperoni pizza and I had the big yummy. I have to say for the price I would rather go to the longhorn. I believe that the quality of Red Robin has gone downhill.

This was my birthday dinner and I ordered for pick up. When I got there it was just being bagged. Man, was EVERYTHING delicious. Appetizer, pretzels hamburger with egg & fries drool worthy then the desert OMG y’all killed it ☠️ THANKS FOR MAKING WHAT WAS A BAD DAY AN EXCELLENT ENDING!! ❤️

Normally we love red Robin that’s why we were there again last night but new location we haven’t tried.first restaurant empty except for very crowded side elbow to elbow where we and everyone were packed in . Our Waitress was amazing, food was horrible. My sons burger hard in middle, daughter’s corn dogs and my shrimp burnt( sent mine back and burnt again. Not too sure if id be going back ever. Waste of almost $90!
