Placed an online order. Went to grab it about a half hour later since we were out and about doing a couple other things. They acted as if we placed it at a different tacobell. Then said they found it and it wasn’t even ready. Waited 45 minutes afterward just for them to prepare the food. Then they put out our order but didnt give us our drinks and had to wait literally another 15 minutes for that. Also got a side of guacamole for dipping and paid .50 for this (picture) :/. Another gentleman was in there before us and said he had already been waiting 25 minutes for 3 items and still hadnt received his by the time we were leaving. Priorities are definitely not straight at this location. There were literally 4 cars in the parking lot including ours. Maybe 1 person in the drive thru. Not entirely sure what the 3 people standing around in the back were there for except to waste time maybe? Again not sure, but fairly typical.

Ordered on Uber Eats, and even with a sticker taped onto the bag with all of our food items and such, we only received 4/8 and our drinks. It took almost an hour to prepare, so this is shocking we missed that many food items. Can’t fix stupid ‍♀️Disrespectful might I add of our time and money, (and this is coming from someone who has only ever worked in the food industry).

Placed a mobile order through the app like I always do because I studder well placing orders and trying to be loud enough for them to hear me. Absolutely love the (10) piece chicken bites when they have them well I ordered that got all the way home to the next couple towns over opened my box to eat found (7) two of them so small and so hard they would break teeth forsure. When I called to voice my complaint the rude coworker who answered automatically said I was being rude for telling them how counting works and said goodbye and hung up on me. When i called back the other worker who answered said I could drive back or take care of it through the app and pretty much sorry, I don’t know who answered cuz I was busy. Bye I’ve gotta get back to work now! Terrible customer service in my opinion and definitely needs to be addressed by someone higher up.

Went to Taco Bell on New Years Eve. Bought a couple $6 Burritos deluxe. They were good, but I wish they would make food as if they were eating it. Please spread the beef, beans, lettuce, and tomatoes “evenly” throughout the entire burrito. Don’t put all of one ingredient on one end of the burrito.

I’ve always enjoyed Taco Bell in Wayland until my husband was asked to go there tonight and get me a five layer beefy burrito that turned out to be a sloppy mess full of beans chopped up onion shredded cheese they said they didn’t have and a piece of lettuce in the middle. I’ve had MANY five layer beefy burritos and they usually had nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, and beans in the tortillas. As many people know Taco Bell isn’t that cheap and if I’m going to spend $5 on a burrito I’m going to get my monies worth.

Ridiculously long wait at 3:00 pm on Saturday afternoon. Only 2 other orders inside yet it took 20 minutes to receive our food. Service deserves a -5 stars but you can’t even give 0.

Ordered a #7 but, they were out of the 3 cheese blend, no biggie. They told me I could still order it but, would be charged extra BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T ORDER ENOUGH cheese. Nope!!!!! I left without ordering. I refuse to PAY EXTRA because SOMEONE DIDN’T DO THEIR JOB. The LEAST that could be done is NOT CHARGE ME FOR MY INCONVENIENCE????

So never once has my order been fully correrct.. I understand I ask for no tomatoes and it happens once in a while but as seen in the picture still got then and they are nasty. Tops, semi green and just gross when eating. Hence why I ask for none…. I understand staffing issues but it’s a joke of a place to work for too… nothing against the employees(we all know they are under paid and not treated well enough for them to deal with things like this. I wouldn’t care enough either. I like the food just would be nice to get what I ordered properly for once…. seriously not once …. even when it was a replacement order still messed it up……
