The only problem I had was one of the guys behind the counter was clearing the dishes, and he was the loudest that he could possibly be clinging them plates together

I used to love waffle House. You cannot even call waffle House these days. The phone will not reach anyone. I ordered the two egg breakfast this morning on my way to work and when I got it opened it to eat it I felt jipped because it did not look like two eggs. Also when you order out from waffle House online it asks you to tip the waiter? I’m not sure why because they charge you 20% when you use takeout. 10% goes to the waiter 10% goes to the store. Waffle House does not have customer service anymore.

I went with my children and Katelynn was so great she had stickers and squishys for the kids. The best customer service ever I will definitely come back to see her again and the food. She remember every detail you have to ask for her if you go to the Standford restaurant

Food was amazing! The guy cooking was amazing! He had to cook the food, run the food to our table, get us the condiments/napkins etc., we needed because the server was so high she was nodding out asleep the whole time and didn’t pay any attention at all to us. Hope she gets the help she needs.

The tables were messy and they were drastically understaffed. There was only one person working at the time who clearly needed additional support. There was a tall skinny male working the night shift 9/22/25 that didn’t even bother moving to make the orders that we needed and we had to pay for food we never got. I expected better of this location
