Worst costumer service and always forget something! I don’t understand why the people that work there are so mean!! hadn’t been in a while cause of how awful this location is but decided to go since it’s the closest one to my house but they literally make you feel so uncomfortable like if you’re stealing from them, i’m literally paying you give me my order correct!! they up charge me for medium fries, this is how many fries I got including the ones that fell in the bag, management needs to do their job cause the employees suck.

Outstanding Service from Vanessa at McDonald’s
I want to take a moment to recognize Vanessa, who works the fries station, for delivering absolutely exceptional service every time I visit. She deserves all the praise and more.
From the moment she starts her shift, you can tell Vanessa takes real pride in her work. The fries she prepares are consistently fresh, hot, perfectly salted, and always cooked to perfection—honestly, some of the best I’ve ever had from any McDonald’s. It’s clear she cares about quality, and it shows.
Beyond her food preparation, Vanessa brings professionalism, speed, and a positive attitude to the restaurant. Even during rush hours, she stays calm, focused, and efficient without ever sacrificing quality. She moves with purpose, communicates well with her team, and keeps everything running smoothly.
What stands out the most is her work ethic. Vanessa is the type of employee who elevates the entire experience. She’s friendly, reliable, hardworking, and clearly dedicated to doing her job at the highest level. McDonald’s is lucky to have someone like her—employees with that level of pride and consistency are rare.
If anyone deserves recognition, appreciation, and opportunities to grow, it’s Vanessa. She truly makes a difference.

i bought an oatmeal at drive thru. wheres my apples and raisins. EVERY TIME i go there but its rare that i go anymore because of the crappy service. you want me round up my hard earned money-why dont you do your job. this owner should spend more time training employees.

My son was there on 4-24-2023 for 30 minutes waiting on our food. Apparently they forgot to make part our order. By the time they brought it out, fries were all cold! Don’t recommend this location. This is not the first time. It amazes me to see that some people can’t even do something this simple! To top it all off, burgers were raw! Gonna report this to the Texas Food and beverage Commision and see what they think!

I swear I wouldnt even give a star if I could!! This Mc donalds has the worst customer service!! They are careless and the only reason i ordered here because it was in the area where I was but thank God I dont live any where near!! So i placed a Mc donalds order for breakfast in the mobile app when breakfast was still being served I placed the order. Upon arrival at the drive thru I gave them my code they tell me they are no longer serving breakfast and I am like yea but I placed my order before yall stopped!! I asked so what’s gonna happen now since yall took my money already she said you will get a refund days later im like what!! Its not the stupid idiot talking to me faults so im like whatever but tell me one thing is the whole point of placing a mobile order suppose to be convenient?! Place the order make the order and customer picks up!! The fact they didnt make my order when it was placed before breakfast ended just shows they dont care and like to steal peoples money and im sure they have done it multiple times!! The kind thing to do was to apologize and try to substitute items worth my money!! I will never buy at this location ever again and I dont recommend it!! I do however recommend 9451 alameda corner of americas!! Food is always and the customer service is exceptional!! So people dont come to this Mc donalds you will be disappointed!! Stop giving this Mc donalds business!! Thats how they will learn!! I will be giving a review on yelp as well!!

Horrible service they never get the order right I ordered a coffee but literally got milk and a basket of fries and got a medium order of fries instead this location, we’re paying so we should be able to get what we pay for, id rather drive the extra 10 minutes to another McDonald’s.

Have had 2 horrible experiences here, the first time me and my coworkers ordered lunch, on the app, and when we went to pick it up, we were given our food, as we were leaving the manager came up and took our order out of my hand, just because she didn’t believe it was our order, even after I listed everything we ordered,
The second time we ordered breakfast at 10:15, got the notification that our order was ready at 10:28 arrived at 10:32 just for them to refuse our order just because they stop serving breakfast at 10:30, the manager stated that they had already put all the breakfast supplies away, and said there was nothing we could do, over all they were very rude and condescending about the whole situation didn’t offer any solution just told me I cant get the order I paid for
