This location is great! Service is always great and the crew is always nice even when they’re busy. Whoever the lady with black curly hair and glasses is that worked the morning shift on 1/11/26 is, her customer service is top tier! She is also a very skilled artist! Ordered a dragonfruit refresher and she drew a dragon on it!

20230911 No KY Starbucks Been There Mugs. Barista was polite. One of the baristas made a drink, called the name, and said, ” I hope you’ll love it” The employees seemed happy working here. When he made and delivered my drink, he was smiling. What a great team! I have been to so many Starbuck in about 20 states and this is by far the best with great vibes.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks since it opened, and I am at my end with this location. While I appreciate a full cup of coffee, I don’t appreciate the coffee that is always spilling out of the top holes, coming out from the lid or the volcano of a mess I had today. I am tired of taking more time to clean the coffee mess than actually enjoying my coffee.
On another note, today I place my mobile order at 5:57a, at 6:09a I asked the barista, do you happen to have a coffee back there with my name on it, she looks around, and they NEVER made it. COME ON!. Then to have this mess afterwards is just ridiculous.

Honestly, I get the same drink every time I order. I have for 3 years now. It’s a great place; drinks are good, but the price is higher than most other coffee places. Usually, I have a great experience, but lately, when I requested oat milk instead of whole milk, I still got whole, which, being lactose intolerant, kinda sucks. Still, though, this one is great, and I would recommend it.
