It’s been over two weeks since I had an unpleasant experience at your restaurant on Friday, September 12th at 8:30 PM. Despite sending multiple feedback forms, I haven’t received any response from management.
Firstly, my order was not ready at 8:30 PM as scheduled. I didn’t receive it until closer to 8:50 PM.
Secondly, my sides were hot, but my sandwiches were cold. Not only were they cold, but my burgers were undercooked. These issues significantly dampened our appetites, and we couldn’t even finish the chicken sandwich we purchased for food safety concerns.
Thirdly, the drink dispenser was disgusting! I couldn’t even get a drink & we ordered 3. I know there was E. Coli hanging around on those machines.
While your staff was generally fine, they weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. However, I am particularly unhappy with the lack of responsiveness from management. Nobody answers the phone at this location or responds to the feedback forms in 2-3 days as stated on the website, which is incredibly unacceptable.
This food was way too expensive for this poor level of customer service and attention to detail.
I would greatly appreciate it if someone could reach out to discuss my experience and provide a refund for my order.

I had high expectations for BurgerFi, but the burger honestly had almost no flavor. The patty tasted very plain and under-seasoned, like it needed salt or something to bring it to life. The service was actually good and the place itself had a decent vibe, but the food is the main reason you come. For the price of a burger here, I expected way more flavor. Hopefully it was just an off day.

I’d say food is quite expensive – I don’t think there should be $2 extra for no bun, and other custom options are a bit too pricey, with a couple custom options you can easily jump from $10 to $16 for a burger. I hope they compliant with food safety etc because I saw there were complaints about it from other customers – no antibiotics means you have to be extra careful with meat.

Had lunch today at BurgerFi. Got their BBQ Rodeo Burger with crispy haystack onions and charred/sliced jalapenos. An awesome burger that bites back!

Nothing to rave about. The burger was hard and kinda dry, cooked a bit too much. Bacon was nice. Same with the bbq burger. Fries were good and the onion rings were eh. Greasy and a little too crisp that when you bit it all the coating fell off. You get 5 nice size onion rings but it was a let down.

4.6 stars? Y H G T B K M…..0.6 stars is too high of a rating. I had the single worst hamburger joint dining experience ever this evening.
In order: FIRST the screen ordering system told us to select a “table identifier #” so that our food could be delivered to our table – there were none around. We dug around, explored and picked up a hidden-from-customer-view “#25” NEXT- having ordered a cheeseburger and a fry-and-cry, we sat down. We waited….and waited….and waited. 20+ minutes went by. NEXT – During this time? I went up to condiments to get some ketchup for my forthcoming fries and O-rings. Ketchup dispenser was empty. NEXT- my wife stated “I think I see your order”, sitting on the shelf/ledge between cooking area and front counter. It sat, and sat, and sat…..getting colder and colder. The lone counter staffer chose to stay tied up making shakes rather than delivering what was once hot food. NEXT – I finally went up, got his attention as he was about to deliver a couple shakes, pointed to the ledge w/ food orders, and asked “is that order#25, for Ron?” He ck’ed, it was…and he handed it to me. Progress. NEXT – the food looked appealing – hallelujah! Alas looks can be deceiving The food was T-e-r-r-i-b-l-e. The two patties in my burger were both overcooked and dry as can be. Plus, cold. The big, delicious-looking O-rings were, unfortunately, worse. They had the overpowering taste of stale deep fryer oil. We both had but a single bite (we LOVE O-rings) and were done with them. The fries were actually average, but smelling them? The same “stale, overused oil” situation. I don’t write bad reviews, I only like to applaud businesses for their products and services. But our Wed.evening experience left me no choice. Never again will we set foot in Burger Fi – Rio. Yecch. $21 wasted.

Had an amazing experience at Burguer Fi! Andrey served us with a big smile and was super friendly… we tried the Fiesta Burger and it was super good, juicy patty, perfect sauces… definitely coming back. Big thanks to Andrey and the crew for the excellent service!
