Ordered late night around 1am. Order arrive fries were over cooked and the wrong size. Burgers missing the onions. Chicken nuggets recieve no sauces. Didnt even send napkins. My order was clearly made by an employee lacking customer service. I do not recommend ordering delivery. Waste of money.

Placed an online counter pickup order. Arrived and lobby was locked. Holiday hours said lobby was supposed to be open for another 30 minutes. Had 2 other people show up trying to pick up counter orders as well. I then waited 15 minutes for an order I paid about $25 for.

If there was a 0 star review, I’d leave it. This place is absolutely atrocious with their service. Mobile order or not, they will take 30-40 minutes to make your food and have you wait an hour in their line. You’ll never get what you ordered and if you’re lucky to do so, it’ll be cold. The mid-day crew is at least competent, but their nights can’t seem to get a single thing about fast food or customer service right.

Worse experience ever at a McDonald’s! Sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes while the other lane had 8cars go through. I ended up driving to the window and was given a receipt. No one apologized and they pulled me to spot 1 where I waited 15 more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous and no reasoning for it!

The WORST McDonalds in Kansas City. Constantly fouling up orders. This morning I ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin meal, with black coffee. I received an egg on a muffin with NO SAUSAGE. Then, my black coffee was actually had some cream in it. She had just given the same cup to the customer in front of me in the drive through.

This is honestly the worst McDonald’s in the area. It’s literally ALWAYS something wrong with my order, food is old, never fresh, orders are never made right & sloppy, if you get free stuff from the app they short you on the drinks or fries like as if the inventory hurts their pockets. It’s always SOMETHING. Needs new management & employees. It’s worth the extra 4-5 minutes to go to the next closest McDonald’s off Kansas Ave. They actually have employees w functioning brains.

I’ve tried coming to this McDonald’s two days in a row to redeem my rewards on the mobile app, and every time I’m met with nothing but attitude. They keep telling me my code is “invalid,” yet I never have issues at the other location on Minnesota. Clearly, the problem is this store.
When I ask if they can scan it at the window, they say they don’t even have a scanner. I even asked them to call someone else for help, and the manager (or whoever he was) was just as rude and unwilling to even try. Very unprofessional, zero effort, and definitely not customer-friendly. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Worst experience ever :(. They didn’t do my food well. I ordered a big marc. Firstly , they didn’t put lettuce and big marc sauce so I told him to fixed it for me. I have to wait 30 minutes plus in the parking lot and nobody never come back with big marc. I went inside to pick it up after a lot of waiting and they still messed it up. What’s a big marc without the sauce? A waste of money smh.

OH. And no sauce in the bag. Nothing like a cold, dry chicken nugget. Go to the Taco Bell next door and get better, faster, nicer, and more reliable service.
