Stopped by because my teenager wanted a Baconator and a frosty. I ordered the Baconator fries but after I got them I remembered those weren’t the fries I used to love. They had some beer cheese fries that were BOMB, I think they also had a beer cheese burger. The Baconator fries need a sauce like beer cheese sauce otherwise they’re super dry. We got some bbq nuggs and got my 4 year old some Cinnamon pull aparts, they were alright. We all got vanilla frosty’s for dessert so we could mix them with some root beer. It was an ok trip, I prefer Jack in the Box to there.

Ive been visiting all the Wendy’s in my area. I’ve found a few that are in need of cleaning and training. This location is one of the best I’ve seen . The dining room was very clean and the tables were wiped off. I didn’t need to wait long to put in order and was served quickly.

I used the app to order food and pick it up in the drive thru. The stars are for that. There was a bit of a wait for me being the only one there and ordering ahead. Some of the fries were fresh but the other stuff was cold. Need done work on the food staying fresh and made when you order. At least that’s what they used to advertise.

Tried to order but the fryer person on duty today, Sunday Oct. 20th 2024, 11:20am is very rude and have bad attitude! My family isn’t happy with the way he treated customers. He’s not supposed to work in a job that deals with customers. This fast food restaurant just lost customers and we are not coming back to this store!

Ordered chicken strips and when I got home I couldn’t believe what I received. They were so dark and overcooked I couldn’t even eat them. Took them back the next day and was told that the manager told them to sell them anyway. What a way to make profit. Pathetic

The guy who took it at the end was no happy at all being at the cashier..why do you guys work here if you don’t like to attend the customers? Look like a bunch of kids with no experience when I pulled into the drive-thru nobody was in there nor did I see people inside but they had me wait at the drive-thru and then after taking my order had to wait for a drinks while waiting for drinks checked my order incorrect. Very inexperienced employees but then again they’re Wendy’s they don’t care about reviews they got business all day and I will definitely be back too

Hi, I’ve called the store six times today (12/15) at this time (8:45pm) and no one has picked up. I was just there for an order of $18.93 with bacon pub fries and an Asiago ranch club. Everything was fine up until I got to the sandwich, there’s nothing on it. If someone would kindly respond to this so I can get a refund or another sandwich that would be amazeballs. This Wendys isn’t terrible it was just a mistake. Thank you.

This Wendy’s is consistently awful. Every single time there is something wrong. Food is cold and put together sloppy also missing condiments. Ordered a double stack the whole burger wasn’t properly assembled soggy bun and 1 pickle the size of my pinky nail. Also ordered a Chicken BLT sandwich literally not 1 strip of bacon. You’re rushed through their drive thru for some horribly made overpriced food that they don’t even have the decency to correctly make or give to you fresh and hot. All this tells me is that management is awful from top too bottom. I will never spend my $ at this Wendy’s ever again. It was 12am so I know these are lazy adults making this food not a bunch of HS kids. Stop raising your prices if this is the quality of product you put out
