Waited to be seated behind a group at the podium looking at menus…which was abnormal. Likely the manager that noticed a cluster at the door and sat the waiting customers..Then sat at the table for 20 mins watching her messing with tables (not cleaning). After 20 mins passed and she passed us several times I sent the hubs to inquire about service. She snapped that she would be right there. Why would she never greet her guests!? If she had acknowledged us we would be willing to wait. We ended up leaving with another table and another group at the door waiting to long to be seated.

My dine in was great . But my to go order was not .. I paid for 20 wings and only got 15. Needless to say the people that the Togo order was for was very upset. I guess I will have to either count them every time or just stop going there.

Food and atmosphere is usually decent and really can’t go wrong. This particular location struggles to seat in a timely manner and servers seem to stuggle and are always behind no matter how busy (usually not). My guess is a labor ratio issue for management, which subsequently never seems to be lacking. Will most likely keep coming back. Lkke McDonald’s… due to the product and not the service, at least at this particular location. Still 4 Stars. But real

Went for dinner last night. Won’t be back! Place was not busy and I can see why. We were Sat right away, order drinks and appetizers. Took 30 minutes to receive both. Order a pop and my partner ordered another beer and our food and no drinks showed for an additional 30 minutes. Food took over an hr. when we asked our server she got very rude and said she was waiting on the bar. I work service industry a pop should not be filled by the bartender. We asked the other server and she brought it right away. We spent 2 Hours there for 2 beers and 2 burgers and some attitude.

Waitress was great! Not very busy but the food took way too long and was barely warm when we got it. Ordered the nachos and apparently they don’t come with taco meat?? So I ordered the chili on them. Taste like gas station nacho chili. My husband’s fries were cold and his sandwich that looked huge on the menu was barely 6 inches and looked nothing like the photo. Disappointed. Been to Bdubs in other locations and it was always good.

Absolutely horrible! Cold pretzel bites, outside was hot, inside was an ice cube. Cold fries, soggy and like warm chicken parm sandwich that had more sauce than it did bread. My Kids food, also cold and undercooked. Worst part about this experience? We paid $123 for this!!

Yesterday evening at Buffalo Wild Wings was probably the worst service I’ve had in over 20 years. The food took well over an hour, people who arrived after us with larger parties were getting their meals delivered way ahead of us and we were only two adults and a kid. All we ordered for the main was the wing special and a burger. In that hour wait the server never once asked if we needed anything or had an explanation as to why the dinner was taking so long. And after, once it finally arrived we asked for boxes and the server started up a 3 or 4 minute conversation with another guest who was apparently a friend and then got side tracked and never brought out our boxes…. Just horrible service….
